Enjoy our beautiful home near the ocean. Two spacious bedrooms with ample closet space, full kitchen, a spacious living room with large TV, wifi, and even a desk for catching up on emails. We are less than one mile from the beach, which is a super easy walk, drive or bike ride (we have two beach cruisers & all your beach gear- chairs, towels, etc). Enjoy the gorgeous white sand beaches of Pompano with a new board walk & ocean front dining all while having a quiet neighborhood retreat.

You will feel right at home in this charming 2 bedroom single home. Central AC. Large enclosed backyard with BBQ. Washer & Dryer. Quiet street with minimal pass through traffic.

Our sister property, Villa Del Sol, is a quick 3 minute drive away with a pool and hot tub. We have great options for various sized groups. Check out our other listings under my profile for our other homes. Fantastic for family reunions and larger groups as well!

Wonderful VRBO near Florida family

Great location, able to bike or walk to beach. Very comfortable bed, manager very responsive. Nice private yard with seating. Stayed 3 weeks, would stay again!

Charming cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this charming cottage close to the beach. The large fenced backyard was perfect for our Goldendoodle to run around. We met the owner as we arrived and learned we're all from the same area in Pittsburgh.

Pleasant stay

Super hot on our weekend so the air conditioning struggled to keep house cool and refrigerator needs to be looked at as it was struggling to cool as well. Pleasant stay and clean house.

Great Location

Cute place... great location ..easy access to lots of entertainment and places to eat. Comfy beds. Could have been a little cleaner but we never told the host. I'm sure this would have been addressed.

Pompano Beach Revisited

Good location, home was just the right size for us and the pups and the fully fenced yards big plus. Everything was comfortable and clean. We didn’t use the kitchen much, just the refrigerator & coffee maker this trip. Greatest restaurants around include; Dandy Doughnuts (just up the street, doughnut’s & pistachio muffins are the Bomb), Zucharelli’s Pizza (Everything is Excellent) and Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine (again, Everything is Excellent).

High school reunion getaway

House was perfectly located to go to our reunion in Galuppi’s Restaurant. Very cozy and clean. Nice quiet area. It has a great big yard for dogs.

Adorable little getaway

Such a cute house. Very spacious backyard for our dog to run around, plenty of places to sit if you have company over. The outdoor shower is great after spending a day at the beach. Also, very close to a lot of restaurants. Lester’s diner is very close (maybe a 5 minute walk) is a great spot for breakfast or lunch. Definitely would stay at this place again!

Cozy and Quiet

Great find! Cozy pet friendly property in a great location. Clean with everything I needed. Fenced in back yard so I could let my dogs out and not worry. Property owners were quick to answer any questions and made themselves available for anything if I would have needed them. Highly recommend! I will book again if needed. Nice small house

This little house was a great size for me and my dog. The fenced back yard was very nice to let her run around safely. Nice location to drive or get an Uber to the beach and restaurants. I was fortunate to have met the owner who was most gracious and showed me around the property.

Born in raised in South Florida, I have lived everywhere from Miami Beach to Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale. Our family has been in the area for 50+ years. This is our family owned home away from home. We did the opposite of a typical snowbird and moved north a few years ago due to job opportunities. We still visit multiple times a month & have lots of ties to the area.

Why they chose this property

Our family has had a home in the Pompano area as long as we have lived in Florida. We chose to purchase this little gem in Pompano Beach because the area has boomed in the last few years with a gorgeous new beach boardwalk, tons of amazing restaurants (as well as some longtime south florida staples), and plenty of family friendly activities. It is an easy way of life being able to ride a bike to the ocean, picking up a hot coffee & a bagel on your way, getting a sub from Publix, having a picnic. It is hard to beat!

What makes this property unique

We love having our home in a quiet residential neighborhood. You are close to the beach, but away from the main hotels so you don't get the noise you would being in the hustle & bustle. The house has a beautiful enclosed back yard that we just built a new deck to overlook it & it is hard to beat having your morning breakfast or grilling fresh fish on the grill & eating back there!
