Nice Sugarhouse house.

Kevin was great and very accommodating. Nice neighborhood. House was adequate except bathroom needs to be upgraded.

Comfortable apartment

The owner was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries prior to, during, and following my stay. Very attentive and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and very easy access to the bus stop. The only issue I encountered (and this probably won't impact early risers) is the overhead noise. As it is a garden level apartment in an older home, the floors are creaky and with the owners being early risers this caused some early mornings for me too. This was the really one of the only negatives I had to report. Otherwise a fine place to call home for your stay in Salt Lake City.
