Great holiday with super nice sea view

Lovely large house with great sea views from almost every room, dog proof all round which was perfect for us. (Only the kitchen would need a thorough cleanup)The nearby restaurant was no problem for us.Fast internet, TV (French only), plenty of space, great bathrooms, we were completely satisfied. All in all, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our holiday.The host Pierrick was very friendly and helpful, so a clear recommendation.

Perfect and amazing holiday break

Very friendly and courteous service. Amazing view and nice place to be for weeks. House has two balcony, a huge terrace, plenty of space for a big family, nice furnitures and at least a perfect kitchen to prepare meal with the Atlantic view in front of. Tasteful location close to the house called „Bros Grill“ where you get fresh moule and more. For sure we come back. Thanks for being there Family Lecallo

Sehr schönes Haus am Meer

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt Ende Oktober, Anfang November. Haus und umzäunter Garten mit viel Platz, auch für meine beiden Hunde. Vermieter Pierrick war sehr nett und freundlich. Vielen Dank, Pierrick, für die schmackhaften Muscheln und die guten Hinweise für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung!

Maison très belle et fonctionnelle

1 mn pour aller faire de la pêche à pied, 2 mn pour aller acheter à breitz coquillages, 2 petits balcons agréables, j’ai pu faire des photos astronomiques facilement, le seul bémol un seul lit 2 places , on peut coller les 2 petits lits pour en faire un grand dans la chambre du bas, le propriétaire très gentil, situé près d’un restaurant qui en oct n’est ouvert que le jeudi midi let le weekend mais franchement cela ne nous a gêné en rien. On reviendra.

SEJOUR MAGNIFIQUE

La maison correspond en tous points à l'annonce. Le jardin est clos ce qui a permis à notre toutou d'apprécier également son séjour en bord de mer. La maison est spacieuse et est équipée de tout le nécessaire. Elle donne sur la mer et sur cette plage dédiée surtout aux ballades & crustacés. La plage pour la baignade est à seulement 10mm en voiture. Pleins de jolis endroits à visiter (marché de Pénestin dimanche et mercredi en juillet/août), Rochefort-en-Terre, Le Croisic, ....Merci Pierrick pour votre accueil si gentil et de vos petites attentions! Très déçus !!! Promesse de logement accessible pmr au final inaccessible et inadapté. Impossible d'accéder ni aux WC ni à la sdb alors que la question avait été posée. Garde-corps manquant à l'étage,ce qui n'est pas rassurant avec des enfants. Tout comme les raccordements à l'extérieur qui sortent de la maison sans aucune protection. La présence d'un restaurant comme voisin alors que nous ne le savions pas. Des plages pleines de rochers. Et invasion de moustiques. Propreté du logement laisse à désirer et la vaisselle et le mobilier ne correspondent pas au nombre de personnes du logement. La baie vitrée est la seule entrée pmr possible mais une fois rentré, impossible de ressortir sinon en bricolant avec des planches car il y a un seuil de porte.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang durch Pierrick haben wir drei Wochen in diesem schönen, gut ausgestatteten, Haus verbracht. Der Blick auf das Meer, von nahezu jedem Raum im Haus, sucht seinesgleichen. Pierrick war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und hat uns zudem mit leckerem Cidre und Langoustines überrascht. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub 😊

Très belle semaine ,maison superbement agencée et fonctionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour les balades bord de mer ,pêche à pied, plage. Avec nos petits enfants ,nous avons passé de très bons moments. Nos deux petits chiens étaient aussi très heureux en totale sécurité ,le jardin étant clos. Noël en famille

Non avons passé plusieurs jours en famille pour Noël ! C’est une maison magnifique, lumineuse. Nous avons profité de cette vue imprenable, de la pêche à pieds avec les enfants et petits enfants et tout ça à la porte de la maison. Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable du propriétaire. Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Haus von Pierrick hat eine tolle Lage und bietet genug Platz für zwei Familien. Der gemeinsame Wohnraum mit zwei großen Tischen war für die Mahlzeiten in größerer Runde gut geeignet. Leider hatten wir in den ersten paar Tagen heftigen Sturm und Regen, doch vom Haus aus konnten wir auch bei diesem Wetter einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer genießen. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es schöne Strände, uns hat besonders der Plage de la Mine d'Or gefallen. Lohnenswert ist es, bei Ebbe zu der Insel zu laufen, die vom Haus aus zu sehen ist, und dabei den Muschelsuchern zuzusehen. Pierrick ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber und war bei Problemen erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle. Merci beaucoup!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach toll. Wir haben zu dritt mit Hund einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus mit dem eingezäunten Grundstück ist super geeignet für den Aufenthalt mit Hund (unserer ist in der XL-Klasse angesiedelt). Der Vermieter super freundlich und unkompliziert - hat uns sogar zwischendurch eine Runde Muscheln mit Wein vorbei gebracht - toll ! Parkplätze des Hauses sind so abgesperrt, dass sich kein unbefugter drauf stellen kann - super. Da gab es wohl früher schon mal Probleme. Die Örtlichkeit, wo das Haus steht, ist sehr beliebt bei Touristen und deshalb auch entsprechend belebt. Auch wegen dem benachbarten Restaurant. Dieses war nicht ernsthaft störend und meistens ab 22 Uhr auch schon wieder geschlossen. Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht und einen tollen Urlaub gehabt.

Belle maison avec vue sur l'océan

Belle maison spacieuse, moderne et très lumineuse. Vue sur l'océan à 180°. Séjour très agréable mais pleins de petits détails dommageables par rapport au prix de la location (mobilier très vieillot, jardin non entretenu, pédale de poubelle cassée, tiroirs de cuisine très sales, évier sale, vaisselle totalement dépareillée, pas de hotte aspirante, poêles en fin de vie et sans couvercle, wifi de mauvaise qualité, porte du freezer cassée, canapé du salon de très mauvaise qualité, pas de penderie à l'étage, grille du barbecue sale et pas de matériel pour la nettoyer, pas de possibilité d'enlever les cendres, fer à repasser cassé avec le réservoir d'eau qui fuit). Toutes les baies vitrées laisse passer l'air dès qu'il y a du vent, ce qui génère un bruit important et fort désagréable. A signaler également que les plages à proximité ne sont extraordinaires et qu'il faut marcher environ 1/4h pour trouver de beaux emplacements. A savoir aussi que le lieu est très venté. Contrairement à certains précédents commentaires, la présence du restaurant à proximité ne représente aucune contrainte. Pour finir, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette belle maison et l'accueil du propriétaire a été très agréable.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem Haus in perfekter Lage, auch wenn die Möblierung tatsächlich an ein Strandhaus erinnerte (skandinavischer Flair und Plastikstühle haben schon einen eigenen Reiz), ist die Lage phantastisch und das kann die Einrichtung völlig kompensieren. Kurze Wege zum Strand, viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten.

sehr geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung; ideal für 4 Erwachsene mit Kindern und Hund; herrliche Aussicht nach allen Seiten; geschlossenes Grundstück mit ausreichend eigener Parkfläche vor dem Haus; frisches Brot und Kleinigkeiten direkt vom ca. 500 m entfernten Campingplatz; idealer Ausgangspunkt für große und kleine Wanderungen; Meerblick pur von 4 Terrassen, dem großen Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer; Muschelbauern bei der Ernte beobachten und 200 m entfernt direkt die Produkte kaufen - besser geht es nicht; sehr netter Vermieter; unkomplizierte Übergabe; das rechts neben dem Haus befindliche Lokal ist kein großer Störfaktor - das ist der "Preis" wenn man an einem so beliebten Punkt der Region Urlaub macht; dafür hat man die Sonnenuntergänge spät abends für sich; ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt ist ein schöner Sandstrand, für Kinder ideal; Hunde waren am Strand in der Vorsaison kein Problem; an diesem Ort kann man die Liebenswürdigkeit, die unglaubliche Natur und das leckere Essen der Bretagne wirklich genießen; einfach nur zu empfehlen

Superbe vue sur mer

La location correspond en tous points à l’annonce. La maison est très lumineuse avec un espace de vie cuisine salle salon très pratique. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur à cause du temps, une seule journée nous a permis de déjeuner à l’extérieur ou vous disposez d’un barbecue, transats. Le jardin est complètement clos pour notre chien. Maison idéale pour les vacances. Le propriétaire très sympathique, habitant à quelques kilomètres est disponible si besoin.
