The first-floor master suite offers a king bed and a spacious bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. Beach Access to the West:
- Deer Lake State Park: The closest and most popular beach access to Prominence, located approximately 0.5 miles away. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at this state park beach access, and beach service is not available.
- Walton Dunes: Located about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This Walton County beach access offers parking and a short distance to the beach.
- Santa Clara: A Walton County beach access near Bramble Grove Road, approximately 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are available at this access.

Beach Access to the East:
- Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access about 0.5 miles to the east of Prominence. Although parking is not available, it's a great bike ride to the beach.
- Sea Breeze: Located just past the Gulf Lakes access, this Walton County beach access does not have parking or bathrooms, but there is a shower available.

Great house & location

Myself and three golfing friends were here for a charity golf tournament and this was the second time staying here. The only issue was with the app (which had the door codes) not opening on my phone. The cell service is terrible at best in the area. Had to travel north a ways to get service but the app still would not work. Able at this point to email the owner’s contact and promptly received the info.

The 5 burner stove top DID NOT work. We purchased groceries but were unable to cook. Sand was on the floors, one of the toilet bowls was dirty, master door handle was broken and 2 drinking glasses has mold. Costal Dreamin Vacation Rentals was aware of the stove but rented me the property without disclosing that information.

Disappointing Experience

Probably will not go with company again when booking my vacation. My original home was canceled for unknown reasons and was forced to switch to a different home that costs more. Then the new home I go into some of the sheets looked stained, absolutely zero Wi-Fi connection, and top of that the inside door handle was missing in one of the bathrooms upstairs. Between having to walk down the road to get cell service due to no Wi-Fi, someone being trapped in the bathroom for an hour, and having to pay more for a new booking I will not stay with this company again.

160 clipper street - Coastal Dreamin

This is the 2nd time I rented with Coastal Dreamin in the Prominence community. Upon arrival we had several disappointments and Coastal Dreamin could have been more attentive. The place was not clean. There was trash under the beds like beer bottles that we kicked by the bed side. There was a broken sandal in the living area and no ice maker. The ice maker was taped with a scotch tape. We had to run and purchase ice the whole stay. We were not accommodated instead told to shut the ice maker right each day and internet is part of everyday unfortunate mishap. Internet did not work and I spent 3 hours trying to troubleshoot. Finally had it resolved late that night but kept dropping during our stay. We did with what we had and didn't want to inconvenience ourselves during our vacation. First time I rented a coastal Dreamin property the toilets were clogged and there were boxers in the night stand drawer. Seems like the cleaning crew doesn't do a great job cleaning and Coastal Dreamin doesn't quality check before their guests arrive. I've rented with other management companies and I get a quick response and accommodation each time. Would be nice if you can accommodate with a price adjustment for the internet and ice maker which was in the contract.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The house and community were fabulous for the young 22 year olds and the parents of a toddler. The only issue that provided a slight inconvenience was beach access. Had we not had a toddler that needed to return for naps, this would not have been an issue. On the plus side , because the toddler was out and at the beach early, we beat the crowd and got parking easily.

Nice house in beautiful neighborhood

House was modern. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The cook top was broken and missing a knob. I called Property Manager, but received no response. It was a plus that bikes and beach equipment was provided. A golf cart would be a nice addition.

We absolutely loved the house and the location was perfect. Beaches were close enough and had many to choose from. We loved that our location walking distance to the Hub. Loved the little community of Prominence. I can't say enough about how beautiful the home was. We shall return!

Better Than Average

The house was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed staying rear the HUB too. Moreover, the house is located close enough to everything and it's still in a quiet area. I would suggest renting a golf cart because the beach is a good walk away. We rented a golf cart one month from our stay and I am so glad ( we did this after talking with the management company/coastal, they suggested that) we did. It made getting around the area a lot easier. Overall, it was such a special trip.. We had great weather and the beaches are lovely. Plus, the house is so modern and well equipped with towels, beach chairs, bikes, dishes that it added to our stay.

Beautiful beach home

We had a wonderful 5 nights at this property! It's beautiful home and well maintained - the lay out is perfect for a large family such as ours and there was so much space to spread out! We loved the screen in porch, the access to The Hub and Prominence pool. It was great to have bikes on the property and it be close to so many activities and restaurants! We would definitely rent again

Blue skies review!

I thought that this house was great! We ended up staying here with two different families, 8 people total. Each of the rooms had a smart TV and WiFi! We came during the winter but we're still able to use the bikes to bike over to seaside and visit the beach which was close! Beautifully decorated, very clean. Lots of living spaces including a screened in back porch and a very nice kitchen area. Would stay there again!

Beautiful home!

I loved this place! It was beautiful and homey all at the same time. We had a large group and it fit everyone comfortably. Close to the beach and right in the middle of the hub. They had bikes in the garage we could ride around on. Great experience — I would highly recommend to everyone.

Unplugged not by choice, but by lack of services.

Very deceiving with the pictures showing TVs in all the rooms. Only the living room has satellite. All others you have to stream from any service you might have. Don’t expect to have a football weekend as the basic package does not even include sports channels such as ESPN. We were there to enjoy the beach, but I also needed CNBC and other things to do business in the morning. I also enjoy winding down at night to TV in bed. I blame the property owners for not providing this service, and the property managers for not insisting that they have it. Shame on both.

Great Time

The house was excellent we loved the house but the no access to the beach is a big bummer . And there is nothing close to you like restaurants and even grocery store . And for staying a week or more you need more washcloths and towels for that big of a house . Love the stay we love the beach .

Beautiful home, nice stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Blue Skies. The home is a newer build with very nice finishes. The beds in this home are very comfortable. We cooked several dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. The HUB is basically right out the front door. The food and drinks at the HB are def over priced but it was super convenient to stroll over for a quick cocktail or cold beer! We were also able to rent bikes right there! Bikes are really a must if you are staying at this house. The pool is across the street which isn't that far but having bikes made it super quick. The only real draw back to staying in this house is there is no direct beach access. You can see the water from one of the rooms upstairs and it seems so close by but there is no boardwalk out to the beach from this complex. You can bike to the beach in under ten minutes but if you plan on taking beach items like umbrellas, coolers or chairs you MUST drive! The beach access at Deer Lake Park is close but the boardwalk out to the beach is very long and it is a good distance to lug all your gear. It is noted in the house information about the beach access and they give you very detailed instruction on accessing the beach. I'm just mentioning it hear in the review because I feel like it is important to stress that it is a bit more challenging to get everything to the beach without direct community access. Otherwise, we did enjoy this home. The comfort of beds and cleanliness of properties is extremely important to us and we feel like this home delivered.

Very nice, comfortable house. The kitchen was amazing. I do want to be honest though about a few issues that highly disappointed me. Coastal Dreamin sent me an email prior to arrival with all pertinent info and basic information about the area. The pool was stated to be "just across the street". The pool was not "just across the street" but across 30A and this home was located on the back end of the property. So while the location did offer some privacy (no homes in the back of this home as of yet), it was a little bit far to walk to the pool with a small child. We did rent a golf cart which made it so much easier. So if you have small children, this home would not be an ideal location, unless you rent a golf cart and children are big enough to ride. We had a toddler that could ride the golf cart but also had 3-month-old, so we also had to drive to the pool in the car. The whole time we were there, the wireless internet did not work. We did call immediately the next morning to report and someone did show up and stated he had just checked this service and it was working. He looked at the modem and then at his phone and said "Yep, it is working" and I asked him to try and connect and he couldn't. He seemed baffled and said he would check into it. Never heard anything else from anyone. I believe the lack of wireless was known before our visit because obviously, the technician had already been to the property a few days before our arrival. Maybe the owner could supply the home with a welcome package which lists info regarding the area (much more detailed than the app supplies, which by the way, we could not access unless off the property). It would be helpful for those who have never been to this area. We did get another email right before arrival date explaining that cable/internet service is basically not guaranteed, since the owners pick the service and if it goes out, well it could take up to a week to fix. All in all, we had a great time! This home was beautiful and very comfortable in every way.
