Beautiful Luxury Condo-Breath Taking Ocean View-Newly Renovated-Couples Getaway

This condo has been renovated top to bottom. A cozy oasis for two, it is set up for only a couple. Designer white furnishing gives this space a spa like feel. It boasts a fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and full size dish washer.
An open concept bedroom with Queen size bed and generous dresser and closet space.
Shiplap on the walls and ceilings, a barn door to make the bathroom roomier, wood floors, sisal rugs, two flat screen TV's, sofa and chair.
The beach is just outside your door. The ocean view is expansive as you watch the ships go in and out of Savannah harbor. Short walk to Coligny Plaza with shops, restaurants, theater, night clubs, grocery and liquor store.

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It was exactly as described in the details - had everything we needed and was easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. This property was perfect for our anniversary getaway, it was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything that we needed. The view was incredible, and it was so close to the beach and restaurants. Coral has a beautiful condo. The decor & furnishings are not only lovely but very comfortable. It is easy to pull together meals if you want but the location is great to get restaurants.

We have vacationed to Hilton Head Island and Sea Side Villas for the last 25 years. In 2003 we made the decision to purchase our own little place at the beach.

Why they chose this property

Sea Side Villas is located on the beach, 12 miles of beautiful beach! Our complex is gated with private pool, under building parking, washer and dryers, outdoor charcoal grills with picnic tables. On the ocean we have a sundeck and swing.

What makes this property unique

Our condo was recently remodeled with many unique features. Shiplap walls and white washed wood ceilings. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full size dish washer, granite counter tops and subway tile complete the look. The furnishings are comfy including a sofa, chair and a dining table for two. Lots of storage in the bathroom. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with individual reading lights and additional storage.
