You will find none nicer, there is nothing else like this in SeaSide Villas! This condo has been completely remodeled and has extremely high end finishes. Quality craftmanship and sleek designs, all new furnishings, luxury plank flooring, fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, smooth top cooktop, convection oven, smart microwave, dishwasher drawer and built-in refrigerator! Custom cabinetry and granite countertops. KEURIG coffee brewer, Ninja juicer/blender and toaster. Balcony table for ocean view dining! New Serta Queen hybrid mattress, lots of closet space and dresser drawers, custom made Capiz pendant lighting, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. WONDERFUL view of the ocean and close access to beach! This unit also provides beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler! This unit also includes 2 BEACH CRUISER bikes at no extra charge, no need to rent your own! This is located on the quiet side of the complex for a bit more privacy! Has a large pool and BBQ area, outdoor showers are provided and Seaside Villas is located on the main bike path! Please limit your stay to 2 weeks. Absolutely no pets ($500 per day fine) and No Smoking! Thank you!

This condo was as advertised and a great spot for our long weekend getaway! Even despite locking ourselves out (user-error), the property manager was quick to help us out. We loved using the bikes to get around all over the island! Definitely would recommend this place for great getaway!

My husband, David, and I reside permanently in Centerville, Ohio where we operate a design/photography studio. We have been in love with Hilton Head since we first visited 10 years ago. We purchased our first Seaside Villa in 2016 and just recently purchased a second unit. As regular visitors, we love to kayak, photograph the beautiful sunrises and wildlife, and are constantly making new friends here. In May of 2020, my husband proposed to me while vacationing here and we were married at a nearby beachfront resort in October, 2021....so many great memories with friends and family. :) We would love to host you and will do everything we can to make your stay a memorable one!


Why they chose this property

We recently did a complete renovation of this villa, top to bottom. I am an interior designer and I personally picked out and designed every aspect of this unit for comfort and convenience. We have had nothing but wonderful comments and we hope you will enjoy it as much as others have!
Also, it is only steps from the beach and easy walking distance to the well-known Coligny Area with lots of shopping, dining, coffee shops, live music and the new Low Country Celebration Park.

What makes this property unique

This unit was designed with couples in mind. Great for get-a-way weekends, an anniversary trip, or just a relaxing, romantic vacation. It is located on the far side of the complex, away from a lot of the foot traffic, so it is very quiet on the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and the beautiful ocean view!
