Located near the entrance of the resort is a trolley stop. The city of Pigeon Forge has a trolley that will transport to the north and south end of the Parkway and will travel to Dollywood. Guests must be over the age of 21 to book. No parties or extra overnight guests are allowed. I welcome guests who will respect my property.
In case of snow, the resort street is maintained by the city of Pigeon Forge. The street is directly off the Parkway and is about one quarter mile long. This is not a mountain resort.

The only negative was we could not get the coffee maker to properly work. The location was perfect and very clean and beautiful.

Thank you for the five stars! It’s much appreciated.
As always, if you needed anything at all, I would have been glad to help…including assistance with the coffee maker. You just needed to let me know.
Thank you again!
The cabin was very clean, neat and welcoming. Everything was well stocked. Its in a great spot with an amazing view! Host was great at responding quickly to any questions i had. We hope to stay here again in the future.
Super cute clean cabin! The host is extremely friendly and responsive! The area was very quiet and nicely maintained. The bed was super comfortable (didn’t like the comforter, but that wasn’t a big issue) highly recommend this cabin as it’s super conveniently located, affordable and perfect for a couple!
We had such a great experience at this cabin. The check-in was smooth, and we were even able to check in earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The cabin itself was absolutely adorable and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.The AC kept us cool and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic—plus, the hot water lasted for as long as we needed it. One of the unexpected highlights was the vanity mirror stand in the bathroom; it was super helpful and just added that little touch of convenience.Closing up the cabin was a breeze—quick and easy instructions that made the process seamless.Additionally, the cabin was located just off a traffic light, so getting in and out was hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!
It was a wonderful stay. The only small flaws were the counter tops were really sticky and the bathroom rug was a little dirty. (Super small fixes) We would stay here again. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Hi Natasha. I’m sorry I should have communicated with you that earlier in the day I put a coat of butcher block sealer on the countertop hoping it would have been fully dried by the time you arrive. I hope it didn’t cause you too much of an inconvenience. If the bathroom rug had a stain it was a clean stain. I washed them that morning also. I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for staying.
Phyllis is a resident of Northern Kentucky and owner of three vacation rental resorts in Pigeon Forge. She and her family have always been drawn to the Great Smoky Mountains. Even as a child, Phyllis has some of the most fondest memories. That's how the name Falling Rock came to be. Phyllis' father would tell a story of a missing Indian boy named Falling Rock and the signs along the highway were asking for help from motorist. Watch for Falling Rock! You might say it was a modern day Amber Alert. The childhood story made up by Phyllis' father was passed down to her children and it was her younger daughter who decided they should name this cute little cabin, Falling Rock.
Why they chose this property
This property is just one block from the parkway. When in the resort you feel you are away from it all but yet you are so close. The Pin Oak Resort is home to 26 little cabins with a community pool. It's just one street with a cal-da-sac. Each cabin has its own parking areas with generous common areas.
What makes this property unique
You will fall in love with this cabin. It has all the amenities of home and a few extras. Enjoy the extra large front porch, swing on the porch swing, and rock your heart out with country rocking chairs. They are so relaxing.
