Location! Location! Location!You are on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores, close to great restaurants, ice cream shops, beach stores, The Hangout (home of the famous Hangout music festival) and much, much more! This is the East part of this beautiful beach front duplex and it is sure to please, with all the comforts of a vacation home while still being close to it all.

The lovely three-story duplex (east side of duplex) sleeps up to 14 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen. On the main floor, you will find the living area and the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen and dining areas are open and perfect for entertaining all of the house guests, and the living area opens to a deck that is sure to please. The pool area is shared with the west side of the duplex and provides plenty of room for relaxing in the sun!

The top level includes three bedrooms and two baths. The master Gulf front bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bathroom and a large flat screen television. That level also features an additional bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with two twin bunk beds and one single twin over twin trundle sleeping six. There is a full bath in the hall. The main level has another king bedroom with adjoining bath, as well as a sleeper sofa in living room with pull-out bed. This is the same level as the kitchen and living room. Free Wireless Internet with YouTube TV comes with this lovely beach house. The tvs are all smart tvs so you can connect to your own apps!

Have a large group? No problem, we also have the other side of the duplex available to rent as well.

* Please note that exterior security cameras are installed on the property. These devices are positioned to monitor the pool area and the main entrance for the safety and security of our guests and the home. No surveillance equipment is located inside the property or in any private interior areas.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
