From the moment you step inside Bella Riva 109, you feel a sense of splendor. The condo comes equipped with all the luxuries associated with Bella Riva, including travertine tile, a gourmet kitchen, and complimentary beach service. You will also find stylish, comfortable furnishings throughout this Destin vacation rental. There's space inside for the whole family with four bedrooms and an open floorplan. Additional space follows you outside on the spacious extended beachfront balcony--with a Weber gas grill-- that overlooks the 400 feet of private community beach and offers unbeatable beach views. The condo was designed with a vacation in mind and there was not a single detail overlooked.

The main living area has an open floorplan giving the entire space a grand feel. The living area is decorated with comfortable furnishings with its focal point being a large flat-screen TV. The entire south wall of the living area is composed of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the beachfront balcony. Sitting just beside the living area, the dining area offers seating for eight at the table with an additional four seats available at the over-sized breakfast bar. The large gourmet kitchen features all stainless-steel Viking appliances and comes fully equipped with the cookware and dishware you need to create memorable meals as a family.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private beachfront balcony. The master bathroom holds a large garden tub, walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, a large walk-in closet, and plenty of vanity space.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and private access to a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. This guest bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The third guest bedroom doubles as a great media room with a twin over a twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV with surround sound.

Amazing vacation

The condo was amazing! Absolutely beautiful however I do not believe the 2 queen beds as listed are queens more like full beds just FYI!!!! But other than that no complaints! Would definitely stay again!

Bella Riva Stay

Great kitchen and patio area for cooking and grilling. Rooms had plenty of space. Beautiful views. Pullout couch wasn’t in great shape and a few little kitchen items needed updating but otherwise a great place for a family stay.

Great place right on the beach

The room was spacious and just as presented. It was beautiful! We had 5 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. The outside patio is large and directly over the pool which we loved. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Condo

This was a beautiful condo in a great location. Our family of 8 from 3 to 73 enjoyed everything about it. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom towels, (but it does seem strange for a beach condo not to provide beach towels). The full size washer and dryer was the best!

Great location. Beautifully decorated.

The beach access was beautiful and a close walk to undeveloped areas of beach. The kitchen was well stocked, no issues cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The third bedroom is separated from the others, but no other complaints. I used the gym almost daily, a good variety of equipment.

Paradise

Before we left for vacation I apologized to my kids and grandkids that this year I didn’t find a house on the beach. As soon as we walked in the door they started laughing saying I had them going for awhile This turned out to be our favorite vacation. The condo is beautiful and spacious we needed nothing more everyone we dealt with from start to finish was great We will be back for sure. Beautiful and wonderful vacation

Great location and acess to beach

Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Decor of unit and living space very nice. Resort very well kept. Unfortunately the refrigerator didn’t work properly. Seems that has been an issue in the past as well. It’s time for 2 guest rooms mattresses to be replaced. Also, bar chair cushions smell like body oder. Balcony furniture cushions very worn .Just needs some refreshing on those items.

Bella Riva 109

This is a nice unit for a larger group. There are three bedrooms with a fourth room setup as a room for children with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but some of the pans need to be updated. Two of the bathtubs drain very slowly but do function. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom cannot be operated on high as it makes a lot of noise. The outdoor grill functioned fine for us, but there were a couple of comments in the guest book that told us not to use it. The unit is on the first floor and overlooks the pool. We only encountered a noise issue one evening. All in all this is a nice unit and we would book it again.

Nice place if appliances worked

The building and property was nice. The beach umbrella/chairs included with the unit were good but you have to get out very early of pay the attendant to reserve on for you. They go fast as most are saved before the attendant even gets them out. The biggest issue we had was I reported a problem with the refrigerator/freezer in the unit not achieving proper temps. It took over a day to get a response. A worker responded and said the problem was beyond his ability to fix and that he would contact a technician. The worker said he would go get us ice since the ice maker was not working either, but never returned with ice. On the afternoon of our final day I received a call asking if we needed ice but missed it due to being at the beach. It was a little late at that point anyway. A repair technician never came to fix the unit. We lost about $100 in food due to the unit not functioning properly, including an ice cream cake that was bought for a guest's birthday. We had to make daily trips to the store to purchase ice to keep our food at safe temps. Given the cost of this unit, I would expect to not have these types of issues.

A little bit of Heaven

We were overwhelmed how nice and well equipped this condo was. The appliances were commercial grade and the gas stove had 6 burners for cooking. It also had it's own wine cooler which the ladies loved. The refrigerator was quite large, but the ice maker was slow to make ice. Two of the bedrooms say they have queen beds, but they seem more like full. The master bedroom was huge and the walk in shower with 3 spray heads was great. One draw back was the unit does sit right over the pool area and if it's crowded you will have noise from it. The balcony with it's own weber grill was outstanding with plenty of room for 8 to 10 people. We loved our stay and will come back again.

Retirement Vacay

We had a fabulous retirement vacay at Bella Riva 109! My best friend and I retired after 30 years of teaching and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate our retirement. Thank you so much for one of the memories of a lifetime!

Outstanding property

Floors were very dirty (kids feet were black on the bottom) when we checked in thus the 3 rating on cleanliness. Aside from that everything in this home is first class. All the amenities that any family would need for an enjoyable week. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to spend some quality time at Fort Walton Beach. A little bit of paradise!

Bella Riva 109 was beautiful. SO SPACIOUS! We have a large family (6 kids) so this condo suited us perfectly. We had plenty of space. The location was perfect...right on the beach. The condo was beautifully appointed and the beach was beautiful! We can’t say enough. It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect location.

Ft. Walton beautiful condo

Our family of 10 loved our stay. The supersized lanai allowed us plenty of room to eat outside, visit and grill. Loved the great room layout because we could all congregate there on the enormous and comfy sofa. We used the Viking stove and very much appreciated the large Viking fridge and the plentiful kitchen equipment. Make sure to visit the local fresh fish stores! We enjoyed the master bedroom w a comfy king bed and varied shower heads.. grandsons loved showering there. Not to forget the pool which is very big w little fountains where little ones can fill buckets and play. Nice hot tub too and the pool area is well maintained. Just one issue developed. We had 3 cars and only 2 parking passes are available. I thought the realty company was leaving us a parking pass for off sight parking, but none was provided. We were driving frantically around Ft. Walton Beach after speaking with a very rude HOA rep whose advice did not work. Just know that your car must show a parking pass or it will be towed!!! The condo company and owners need to figure this out and make it work better. A kind condo rep from another company gave us a parking pass which solved the problem. Other than solving the 3rd car parking issue, we had a great time with 6 adults and 4 children under 6. The beach is beautiful and 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided. So lovely!

Beautiful condo, quiet location, almost perfect!

Whoever owns this condo has spent quite a lot of money to make it one of the nicest in the Destin area. It's definitely one of the nicest my family has ever stayed at, that's for sure. Viking appliances, high quality flooring, great patio furniture, comfortable mattresses, etc. You name it, this place has it. The only negative I can think of is that the temperature varies, greatly, depending on what part of the condo you are in. The bedrooms near the entrance of the condo are freezing cold, while the master bedroom near the patio is normal room temperature. Having said that, the owners have provided plenty of nice quality blankets for you to throw on the bed to stay warm while sleeping. Overall, this is a beautiful condo with great amenities, located in a quiet area, gated entrance...it's fantastic. If the cold temps in the back bedrooms do not bother you, don't hesitate to book this one. It's sensational.

Beauty on the Beach!

Loved this unit! Beautiful furnishings and kitchen appliances WOW! Balcony is extra large and nice patio furniture! Grounds were maintained and always clean!. Very friendly and helpful staff! Thanks for the wonderful vacation accommodations .
