2 Bedroom Marigot Marina apartment, with free access to Zoetry Hotel

Apartment 6b is a 2nd level apartment set in Marigot Marina Village, overlooking the central courtyard with the Bay to the left of the balcony. Just a few steps from the dock where the yachts moor and the dock which leads to the adjacent Zoetry Hotel.

A beautiful, well maintained apartment which sleeps 4 people, is offered with the additional benefit of the use of the pools at the adjacent all inclusive Zoetry Hotel.. A real bonus!

The apartment comprises a large well equipped kitchen, dining area and also balcony with table and chairs in addition to the lounge with comfy sofas to relax.

2 bedrooms, both ensuite, one with a king sized bed and the other with 2 twins, overlook the Hotel gardens.

There are cooling ceiling fans throughout and also AC units in each bedroom and also in the living area.

Within the central courtyard, you have Hurricane Hole Restaurant/Bar, open from 7am for breakfasts, through lunch and dinner, Coco Cafe for coffee & pastries and Driftwood Steak House, all open to the public and payable.

Across the Bay, is a small beach, which splits the bay in two, accessible only by a short ferry ride. Doolittles Resort, restaurant & bar is located here. Take their ferry for either 2US round trip, or buy a drink or food and it's free!
Other restaurants are located in the Bay, all walkable or accessed by ferry, quite a novel way to travel!

All in all, a great base for either a totally relaxing experience, or indeed for the adventurer who wishes to explore this colourful island.

Pauline was an amazing host! She met us at the property, and went over all the information we would need for our stay in Marigot Bay. Pauline arranged a driver, Moses, for our airport transport, and our group used Moses for any driving we needed to do while on the island. Pauline was readily available for any questions we had, and was so kind and informative. She is honestly one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of dealing with for a vacation rental!This condo was impeccable! It was recently remodeled, and it's beautiful! The location is awesome, with everything in the Bay being easily accessible. The condo was the perfect location to help make our trip to St. Lucia absolutely wonderful! If anyone in our group finds themselves coming back to St. Lucia, we will rent this property again. So many thanks to Pauline for allowing us to enjoy this piece of paradise!

Lovely Apartment

We had a lovely stay at Pauline’s apartment. It was very spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of extra bath and beach towels which was nice. We enjoyed the use of the hotel Zoetry next door for swimming, meals and water taxi to the beach. Great meals at local restaurants - Chateau Mygo, the Villa and Roots 2. Pauline was very communicative before, during and after our stay and a pleasure to meet.

The Heart of Marigot

Except for the disappointment and inconvenience of having to change my travel dates due to the owner changing availability dates, the facility was perfect for my needs. Spacious, comfortable and perfect location for visiting family in Marigot. Hope to be able to rent this apartment again next year.

We had a great time staying in the unit. Location was convenient to walk to restaurants and grocery store. the beach is only 5 min drive away. Check in process was quick and easy. On site property manager was very prompt to answer our question. The view looking out to the marina was excellent. Overall, I will command this unit.

9 days in St Lucia

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had everything we needed, even a blender which we used several times. Marigot Bay is a very nice spot on the island, although sometimes it was quite loud at night. The apartment was really spotless clean. The housekeeping did an excellent job. We had a rental car which made things much easier. We can fully recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay in Marigot, my wife and I were very pleased with this unit and the ability to cook our own breakfast and have our own space before adventuring in Saint Lucia. Pauline was a great host, very helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond to coordinate a taxi for us on Christmas Day. Best yet, you get full access to the high end resort next door (fitness center, pools, etc.). We will be back!!

Great spot

Very comfortable, roomy and clean accommodation next to the resort gave the flexibility of meal prep and the options of meals out. Good food options nearby, with the slight exception of groceries, which would require a bit of a walk to a store or a car for a larger option. Pool option at the resort is a great benefit. More independent travellers should definitely book a vehicle in advance - especially for just a couple of days of rentals - if thinking about getting out around the island, since the vehicle inventory at the resort is limited and often booked out. Otherwise, there are plenty of tour options.

Excellent home base to explore St. Lucia!

This is a great home base for a family or party looking to explore St. Lucia. Each morning I took an early walk along the Marina before brewing the coffee and planning our daily excursions. The apartment is as advertised, comfortable, spacious with a well-appointed kitchen and centrally located on the island’s west cost to hit the sites both north and south. There is a great view of the marina from the deck overlooking the court yard with shopping and restaurants a walk or a water taxi away. Having access to the pool and facilities at the Capella resort was a real bonus after a day of experiencing St. Lucia. This apartment at Margot Bay is truly a great port to experience St. Lucia.

Couldn't stay but the owner was awesome!

Check in was super easy and fast, but the air conditioner in the living area wasn't cooling like it should. I have a heart issue that makes me unable to withstand the heat, so we couldn't stay in this apartment. The owner was so sweet and understood the medical situation, and helped us out with everything. She was amazing!! Overall, the apartment was very nice and the bedrooms were very clean and well decorated.

Best vacation EVER❣️❣️❣️

We enjoyed our week stay in apartment 6b. Pauline and Cornelius were great at communicating before and while we were there. They arranged airport pick-up with a stop at Massy's grocery store in Castries. Our taxi driver was Moses. He also stopped at a roadside produce stand. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous! First of all the location in Margot Bay was stunning. Centrally located on island. The bay is beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. We loved taking the water taxi's to the nearby restaurants. Also just a short walk to Chateau Mygo restaurant. Where we met our favorite waitress Prim. Very sweet and kind. Always went above and beyond for us. Everyone we met was very kind though. The island is beautiful but the St. Lucians are the real beauty! We also enjoyed the Zoetry pools. Beautiful lush property. Loved the smaller pool with waterfall. Very calming and zen like. The marina with the million $ yachts was really cool to see. We enjoyed a bottle of wine at night while sitting on the dock. The apartment was bright and spacious. Open floor plan. Lots of closet space and storage. Well stocked kitchen. We loved having 2 bathrooms. King size bed was very comfortable. Pillows and linens were very nice quality. Bathrooms showers were large. Great water pressure. We had a private snorkeling tour on Cornelius's boat. We would highly recommend doing this. One of our favorites excursions. We also used the taxi cab driver Samson. He was excellent.

Beautiful bay and fantastic location!

Every year we choose a new island to explore and have been booking through Homeaway for over a decade! We love the independence and ability to choose our own food and drinks without depending on restaurants for every meal! This year was equally awesome! The location of this apartment was perfect for us. Marigot Bay is truly beautiful and felt very safe at all times. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you choose to stay here, I would recommend getting a rental SUV - the roads are rough in some spots. You also have to be comfortable driving on the left. Cell service is very strong everywhere on the west shore so we felt okay exploring knowing we could make a call if needed. There were plenty of taxis available - but to get to beaches and the shopping districts in the north (Castries and Gros Islet) I imagine would be very expensive (not to mention, the locals drive a little fast for my liking!) However, if you are content staying in one place and relaxing by the pool, Marigot Bay has more than enough restaurants for a variety of meals. We were not interested in driving the hilly, curvy roads at night - so all of our dinners were in Marigot Bay. Pauline and Cornelius were very nice and gave us a cell number to call on arrival. The apartment is exactly as pictured - clean and spacious!! The mattresses are hard - but clean and new. My only concern is that the view from the balcony is not as it looks in the photos. Pauline said that they stress it is a side view of the water, but I did not see that in any of what I read. When you look out the balcony, it is at the other building across the courtyard. If you sit on the left end looking to the right, you can see the bay...but only one seat has that view. We only spent an hour or so for cocktails before dinner in the apartment - so it isn't something that would stop me from staying again - I just wish I would have known prior to arriving (thus 4 1/2 stars, not 5) Our BEST day was the day we booked Cornelius' water taxi. We went to Soufriére, had lunch at a local restaurant right on the water. They escorted us so we never felt uncertain about being there. We also had the luxury of relaxing on an almost private beach (literally only 2 other people there). The day was our own - no lines and no rushing!! We also spent another day on one of the charter tours - it was fun.... but just not the same! If I hadn't already booked it, I would never have paid for that tour over our day with Cornelius

Perfect Location and Wonderful Property Managers

We really enjoyed our stay in 6B. The apartment was great---well-maintained, clean, comfortable, and just as it appears in the photos (if not actually bigger and more spacious!). Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, and the in-unit washer dryer is a great convenience. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and lovely. The location can't be beat; we were able to enjoy all of the amenities of the Marigot Bay Resort (pool, fitness center, beach, spa, restaurants, etc.), which is right next door (literally just a two minute walk across a lovely marina deck). Be sure to check out Doolittle's Restaurant across the Bay, as well! Pauline and Cornelius were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. For example, upon arrival, when I realized I need a power adapter, Pauline went out of her way to find one for me off-property and promptly dropped it off at the apartment. They also helped us to arrange activities (be sure to ask about booking a day trip on Cornelius's boat!). Also, our driver Curtis (who we connected with through Pauline) was delightful. We had safe, comfortable rides and interesting conversations that helped us learn more about St. Lucia. It was a great stay! Thanks, Pauline and Cornelius, for a lovely place to stay!

Fabulous location

The apartment was lovely - in a very beautiful location and very comfortable. Pauline always responded to questions very quickly. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and feeding the little birds that came to visit - they will take little bits of bread from your hand! The use of the hotel facilities really made the holiday. The hotel is stunning. They provide towels and complimentary water at the pool. The only negative is that St Lucia is very, very expensive (particularly if you are British with the pound being so weak at the moment) so I would advise taking certain food stuffs with you as the cost of eating out is so high. I brought some frozen pre-packed meat and declared it at customs and that wasn't a problem - they didn't even ask to see it. Also took rice, pasta and a few tinned goods. Drinks however were very reasonable as just about every bar has happy hour from about 4pm onwards so you could get lovely cacktails for about U$4-5.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We had a great time in Marigot Bay. They apartment was generous in size and in a great location for catching the ferry to the beach or walking down to the Capella. We loved our beach tour with Cornelius and Pauline was fantastic with rapidly responding to any questions we submitted through the app. While we visited in somewhat of a "slow" season...I would definitely want to come back during high season. We absolutely loved the Ridge Climb, it is a must!

Wonderful vacation at a great apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. Comfortable and very clean with everything needed for our family of four. Very well equipped for when we wanted to cook breakfast or dinner in vs dining out. The washer and dryer were greatly appreciated, and meant we didnt have to pack as much for the week. Pauline and Cornelius are wonderful people and helped us to make this a great trip to St Lucia.

Great Apartment, Great Location, and Wonderful Hosts!

My family of 4 stayed in the 2 bedroom marina apartment for 2 weeks and had an unbelievable time in St. Lucia! The apartment was great, had everything we needed, was clean, spacious and a great location to explore all that St. Lucia has to offer! Pauline and Cornelius were wonderful hosts and were always available to answer questions, give suggestions, and even help resolve losing a key and getting back into the apartment!! Having access to the neighboring resorts amenities was definitely a plus. Beautiful, quiet resort with great staff! Warm and welcoming to their marina neighbors. We spent a lot of time at the pool, gym and their restaurants were the best in the immediate vicinity. Thanks Pauline and Cornelius for making our 2 week stay one we will never forget!

Perfect Location

My husband, myself and two friends of ours stayed in July 2018 and really enjoyed our stay. The space and the location was perfect for our short stay. The apartment was great and would stay again if we’re back in Marigot Bay.
