Luxury 2 bedroom apartment within the Zoetry Marigot Bay Resort, St Lucia.

This stunning, elevated ground floor apartment is part of the Zoetry Marigot Bay Resort in Marigot Bay St Lucia, renowned as one of the most beautiful bays in the Caribbean.

The apartment consist of 2 spacious bedrooms of equal size. Each bedroom has its own ensuite with shower and his & her basins and it's own individual balcony, all with sea views overlooking the bay. The apartment is furnished with modern, stylish fittings and has a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is serviced daily by the resort staff. All rooms have flat screen TV, DVD and high speed internet access. The resort has a marina, spa, shops and restaurants, a gym and two pools. The sandspit beach is a short ride across the bay on the hotel ferry.

NB: All bookings for high season weeks between mid December & April inclusive, must be booked 6 months before your date of arrival. All other weeks have a 3 month lead in time.

This apartment is rented on a self catering basis and is part of the Zoetry Marigot Bay Resort which has an all inclusive package available should you wish.

As my guests you are able to pay as you go in the resorts restaurants, cafes and bars. For your self catering supplies there is a large supermarket in Cul De Sac, 6kms away who will also take online orders and deliver to the resort for you.

You also have the option of upgrading to the all inclusive "Endless Privileges' through the resort. This is available on a daily basis or for your entire stay. The cost per person is currently between $200 and $250 per day depending on the number of days purchased. The All Inclusive upgrade includes the following and can be purchased from reception at the resort if you so wish.:

Great time at the Zoetry!

Beautiful condo

Excellent condo in a stunning resort. If you’re looking for a beach vacation this may not be for you, but we love the marina life and this is one of our favorite resorts we’ve stayed at. We added the all inclusive and the food was delicious.

Fantastic accommodation!

Exceptional service, very relaxing beautiful apartment in a 5 star hotel! After sailing for a week Capella was just what my family of five needed! The restaurant choices on site were fantastic and the spa was amazing.. Would definitely return! Kay was extremely accommodating! The bedding was amazing!

Carefully plan

Took a while to get into our room though check in was at 2. We got to the room by 4. Refridge was stocked, grounds were beautiful. Unit was clean and HUGE! Did not choose the all-inclusive, and I'm glad. Weak drinks, extremely small portions of food. When I booked the unit, I specifically choose one with a washer/dryer. We are a family of four and travel light. We go to the beach daily. Sadly, there was no washer/dryer in the unit. We had trouble getting forks, coffee, and some other items from the concierge. I inquired about laundry service, but didn't hear back. We enjoyed the live music. The staff was friendly.

Zoetry St Lucia

The resort is in a beautiful spot. The pool area and restaurants are laid out nicely, but are starting to show their age. The service was good and the staff are very friendly, but the food was just okay. Nothing spectacular. We had better meals at various places outside the resort. Our unit has a great layout for two couples. There was/is a very bad leak in the wall behind the toilet in the main bath. It is obvious the wall has been repaired in the past, so this was not a new problem. We had to put towels down every day to soak up the water on the floor. The owner was/is responsive, but she did not know about the leak. I tried to chat with VRBO during my stay, but waited so long for a reply that I gave up. Since the problem was manageable, I chose not to spend my vacation on hold. I would definitely be concerned about mold and a health/safety issue.

Great resort property

We stayed six nights at Zoetry Resort in Marigot Bay. We loved the condo. It was exactly as pictured. It is spacious and decorated nicely, the staff at the resort exude extreme kindness. We enjoyed the restaurants and pool. The gym is nice, but was pretty warm late in the day. The room was serviced daily and fresh towels were always available at the pool. We would definitely return. Marigot Bay is less crowded than resorts at the north of the island. The car ride from the airport is about an hour. I would not want to go further north as the roads are very curvy and driving feels dangerous. We used Kriss Car service and it was great. We also went fishing with Kieran and did Joy’s cruise which we booked through the resort. It was our favorite excursion. Our teens had great space. Definitely take bug spray. The sand flies are brutal. There also are not nearby markets with a lot. Overall, a super experience. Kay was helpful and communicated quickly with great info.

Our favorite spot on the island

The booking experience was terrific. Kay was very helpful, and everything that she communicated was spot on. some time before arrival, the concierge called to verify what our family liked to do, and to arrange transport from the airport (for a fee but well worth it!). The concierge was very knowledgable and helpful. About the unit itself and the location ... in a word, fantastic. the unit is very large, and plenty of room for our family of 4. Loved the kitchen and having coffee on the patio/balcony. We would head down to pick up pastries at the marina, and sent the kids solo later in the week. Great pools, and several restaurants close by. All were very good, but the indian restaurant at the marina was spectacular. Service was very helpful, and daily housekeeping was great! (not at all typical in homeaway rentals!). Also, my wife an i enjoyed the morning yoga / pilates that were offered at the spa, free of charge. I would also note that we rented a car for several days to go to other resorts (beaches are open to the public and most will rent chairs for you). We hit all of the best hotels on the west cost, and i can say without hesitation that we felt the Capella was the best of them all. While there were better beaches, the overall vibe, pace, relaxation level were a step above. Plenty of space, and never felt crowded. Net-net, we would highly recommend!

St Lucia Family Trip

Beautiful large space with great windows overlooking pool area and water. Large outdoor covered decks. Hot tub on lower deck was great for the kids. Central location on Island. Staff very attentive arranging tours etc and making sure our stay was special. Washer was broken but resort arranged washing complimentary which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this property and resort for a family vacation.

Great week in the Virgin islands

We had a great time with the people at the resort and on the island. The restaurants at the resort were the best in the bay. The only thing we would do differently is to pass on the car rental driving is very challenging and we found you can travel by boat from the resort faster and less then what we spent on the car. Great time.

Great location and service!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marigot Bay. The location was perfect and the staff at Capella Marigot Bay was awesome! We took advantage of the free yoga classes and free guided hike up the mountain to an overlook of Marigot Bay (both led by Jay) and we really liked both. The apartment really worked well for our family of five (three teenagers). The staff was very helpful with any questions we had with travel around the island and suggestions of restaurants. We ate at all of the restaurants on the property and our favorite dinner was The Grille, but we also loved the sushi at the pool bar. The staff also helped us with arranging a boating excursion to the beaches near the Pitons. Kay was also helpful and got back to us right away with any questions we emailed her with. It is such a beautiful island and Marigot Bay was so nice and relaxing. We hope to go back someday!

Trip of a lifetime!

We are just on our way back from 12 blissful days in Marigot Bay. It was truly amazing in every way and Kay was so wonderful to work with from start to finish! We traveled with our two kids (ages 7 and 9) and I had a lot of questions leading up to our visit and Kay was always so kind and responsive. Her apartment is one of the nicest properties that we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every minute of our trip felt like pure luxury and the Marigot Bay resort is magical. If you are for a place to stay look no further-this is the place! ❤️

Lovely Property in Marigot Bay

We visited St Lucia during the third week of December. Marigot Bay Resort is approximately a one hour drive from the airport. Our 2 bedroom suite (2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, outside jacuzzi) was situated just above the main pool. The location was absolutely perfect! All the facilities and the resort staff were truly wonderful. Kay (the unit owner) was extremely responsive and happy to answer any questions. We would unconditionally recommend both the resort and Kay.

Perfect Property for Our Holiday

My husband and I just returned from 7 nights at this property. Everything went off without a hitch -- including coordinating with the owner, Kay. She is a delight and is quite responsive. Everything we arranged ahead of time was in order once we arrived at the property. The hotel was expecting us and our room was ready. Kay's unit was one of the few with its own private plunge pool on the deck which we spent many evenings relaxing in. We were treated wonderfully -- like any other hotel guests with daily room cleanings and passed refreshments like coconut water at the pool. The staff even did the dishes we used in our private kitchen which I was not expecting. The unit has everything you need to be comfortable--huge bathrooms, expansive decks, in room laundry, pots and pans. The finishes are of the highest quality including beautiful wood blinds. The pictures do not do the property or the unit justice. We traveled to other parts of the island on our trip, but preferred Marigot Bay. It is higher-end and there are some good boating options for leaving directly from the Marina. Highly recommend! Thank you for the memories, Kay!

Beautiful!

My family stayed here for a week and it was a perfect suite for all 5 of us! The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and the staff was extremely accomodating with our 5 year old daughter. I would not change a single thing at the hotel, it is very clean and comfortable/spacious enough for all of us. We did rent a car that allowed us to visit other parts of the island. It also allowed us to shop at the local grocery store, which was helpful because I felt the area restuarants were very pricey for what you receive. Prior to our arrival, I was concerned with the bugs because I know how terrible they can be in the Caribbean, but I don't think I saw one mosquito the whole week, as the hotel does a very good job spraying. I would highly recommmend this apartment!!

Beautiful & peaceful haven

This is a large, well laid out apartment with good quality fittings and views out over the pool and bay beyond (the view was blocked to some extent by a large tree although this afforded some privacy on the verandah). With two bedrooms, each with its own enourmous ensuite and patio, two families can co-habit without feeling too instrusive. The kitchen has enough faciilities for cooking at home (although crockery and cutlery slightly limited if you are doing an ambitious meal with just 4 of everything), not that we did that much cooking with plenty of great restaurants around the bay which you access by an all night ferry (particularly recommend the Rainforest). The utility room has plenty of space for washing and drying which is helpful if you want to travel light. The housekeeping was exceptional with the room cleaned twice daily. Plenty of towels for bathroom and pool. We had a 4 year old in the party who enjoyed the kids club (which was open for the peak season dates) and ordering banana smoothies at the swim up bar. The hotel staff were very accommodating with him. Equally so with elderly parents, providing a buggy ride whenever it was needed. Marigot Bay itself is spectacular and the hotel holds a prime position on the bay for views and visiting yachts to moor. We hired a car although only used it for transfers and supermarket trips (the on site supermarket has all the essentials but more choice a 15 min drive away). Hiring a water taxi from the dockside right outside the hotel is the easiest way to get around. All in all a lovely place to stay and one which I'd definitely recommend and return to. Kay was very professional to deal with and helpful in answering all of our questions beforehand.

Excellent vacation at Marigot bay condo.

We had a wonderful time in Marigot bay and the condo was just amazing. We travelled with our 2 kids (6 and 9) and the condo was so confortable as it was very large, extremely well decorated and a very clean place. The 2 rooms gave us the opportunity for a bit of privacy. The 2 bathroom were just so beautiful, we loved taking a shower! We spent a week cooking in the condo and the kitchen had everything it takes: very spotless and the appliances were of great quality. Having a quality sound system in the living room and the plasma with the dvd player made the evenings relaxing as we could listen to our french DVD brought from home. (we are french speaking). The private jaccuzzi was just very romantic as we were two steps away from the kids. A very nice way to end a day! The environment is very beautiful. The main large pool is 20 steps away. The restaurant has a good reputation and it's site gives great views. The sport center is well kepted and eveything you need is there. We had taxi boat rides to different beaches and that made a difference! (no cost) You can buy your fresh "croissant" or "chocolatine" down at the shops of the marina. There is also a nice market (food, fruits, meat, wine etc...) At the mid day stop by for a homemade icecream while you admire the sailing boats and katamarans. Very nice environment! The elevated, ground floor apartment is one of the two bedroom suites that make up the Zoetry Marigot Bay Resort.
I only have 6 weeks to rent out every year.

Why they chose this property

Marigot Bay is special, it isn't one of those crowded beach side resorts... it is a magical gem, hidden away in the rain forest covered hills where you can relax and retreat from your everyday challenges. The small beach is just a few minutes ferry ride across the bay. The small ferry is operated by the resort and runs on demand.
Marigot Bay is perfectly placed for scenic boat trips around the coast of St Lucia.

What makes this property unique

When you rent my property you do so on a self catering basis whilst at the same time receiving all the perks of staying at a Zoetry resort. You receive housekeeping, linen, beach towels, wifi and other services as a part of your booking with me.
You are able to use all the resort restaurants and bars on a pay as you go basis and also have the option of purchasing an All Inclusive pass, available either on a daily basis from the resort at a cost of between $200 - $250 USD depending on the number of days purchased, should you wish.
