Seaside Heights-Family Friendly Lower Unit 3 bed rms 2 baths Sleeps 6.

2 family house, each unit sleeps 6. Located at the quiet north end of town a little over 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with island, washer/dryer, central A/C and ceiling fans, flat screen TVs with cable and WiFi in living room and master bedroom suite. Balcony, outdoor shower and grill, off street parking for 2 cars. and 6 beach badges (as long as is available), backyard with covered patio.

6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and cases, bath and hand towels upon request: $150.00.

Families only NO groups no parties. No one under 28 years old may rent the unit.

To protect the safety of our guests we have surveillance in the common hallway outside the units and the exterior of the house.

HAVE AN EXTENDED FAMILY? A DISCOUNT OF 10% IS AVAILABLE IF YOU RENT BOTH UPPER AND LOWER UNITS TOGETHER. The Upper Unit can be located by searching VRBO ID 1279513.

During Memorial Day weekend and June there is a 3 day minimum.
During July and August there is a 7 day minimum stay and the weeks start on Saturdays.

NIGHTLY RATES BEYOND YEAR 2025 HAVE NOT YET BEEN ESTABLISHED.

Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed prior to guest check in.

Great Place and great host

Sampson Ave Getaway

The property was in a great location and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The place was very spacious and immaculate. The owners are super nice people and very attentive during our stay if we needed to ask them anything. Loved staying there. Definitely going back!

Seaside Heights stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seaside Heights. Great location to boardwalk and beach even though the rain held us back. This was our second time here and will be back when the opportunity arises again. Great space for a three generation family and great hosts indeed!

Great vacation home away from home

Dominick and Cherie were wonderful to deal with and their home is very nice and the kitchen well stocked with pots pans plates etc. we had a fantastic vacation and will definitely stay here again!

Great seaside rental

We stayed at this seaside rental the last week in June. We loved the quiet location yet just a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, and rides. The property was just as the pictures showed and the owners were very responsive to any questions or needs.

Vacation 2023 Seaside NJ

We loved the condo nice and clean. It was close to the boardwalk and beach. Loved the roof deck so did the rest of our family. Would definitely recommend this rental and would rent again .

Fantastic Stay

Our stay was nothing short of amazing🎉 Owners were BEYOND nice. Cheesecake was delish 😉 and certainly appreciated. House is beautiful and has everything you can possibly need. Roof top deck is a hidden gem. Would definitely book again.

July 4th at Seaside

We enjoyed this property thoroughly. Everything is new, really clean, washer/dryer and nice open concept. Great location- walking distance to beach. Rooftop was a cool bonus. Owners- Cherie and Dominick were so warm and welcoming. We would stay here again, and highly recommend it!

Short mid week family get away

Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom condo. Prefect for hosting family dinner or for a night out at the broad walk. Great to come back to relax after a day at the beach. Home was very clean and decor was up to date. Had all the basics needed to make it through the stay!

Awesome Family Vacation

I have successfully rented through VRBO and both were excellent experiences. This property in Seasides Heights, NJ was great. Location to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. The house is beautiful. The pictures match the house exactly, .it was on the high end side which we really enjoyed. My family had a wonderful time and the owners were great. They communicated with us throughout the experience. I absolutely reccomend this rental!

Awesome

Cherie & Dom were so accommodating! Went out of their way to have the unit ready for us. Close enough to walk the Boardwalk. Yet far away from the crowds. The roof top was perfect for viewing the holiday fireworks. I’d definitely recommend this lovely home and it’s owner’s. The neighborhood was great too. Lovely neighbors.

Great Summer getaway

First of all thank you to the owners because they were so great and welcoming!! The house was so clean and bright, just as you can see in the pictures. My husband and I love cooking for the family and everything we needed for our meals we found in the kitchen and the pots were really good quality for the Sunday gravy. I loved that in the kitchen I felt like at home. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet, the walk to the beach is only a couple of blocks, the house is right on the border of Ortley beach and over there we found a farmers market with the best freshly baked banana bread every morning :) and only 4 minutes drive to Lavallete where you can find good restaurants and ice cream! It was just great for our all ages family group. I think the best was the comfort that we had getting back at the house from a sunny day at the beach to relax by the porch, watch movies in the living room ( great sofas) and just enjoy your own privacy at this clean and spacious home by the way the beds were super comfortable too. Exceeded our expectations in everything and we would definitely love to come back!!!

Great option for Jersey Shore

Love the layout, room sizes, location, and owners! Fully equipped for all needs, with food and liquor store, CVS, and boardwalk all in walking distance. We did an extended stay, and owners were very responsive, with a real desire to ensure a great stay for us! We were in lower unit and when upstairs rented walls are very thin but renters are vetted and as long as a good night sleep everyone is happy! And, the beds were very comfy!! Would highly recommend. Has a roof top deck not shown in pictures it is a fabulous spot to relax or gather!!
