Mary's Place at the Jersey Shore

Location, location, location - welcome to Mary’s Place at the Jersey Shore! This better than new 3 story home features an open floor plan with 9ft ceilings on the main level. The first level boasts tile floors throughout, a built-in breakfast nook, & comfy living room with a large flat screen. The kitchen features granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, offering easy clean-up after a home-cooked dinner. If your vacation doesn’t involve cooking, we are steps away from the Boardwalk!

The second level includes 3 bedrooms – one with two single beds, another with a queen bed, & the master with a king bed. There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor – one is private & attached to the master. If you're sandy from your day at the beach, we also have an enclosed outside shower!

The third floor sports a full wet bar, lounging area (pull-out couch), & foosball table. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony where you can enjoy a nightcap or ice cream while taking in the salt air.

All within 2.5 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, shops, & restaurants. We are also minutes away from Island Beach State Park!

House Rules:
There is no smoking in the home. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent the home for proms or events. We do not allow pets. Damaged/missing items result in a forfeit of security deposits. The house should be left in the same condition as you found it.

Compliance:
While VRBO/HomeAway may display a higher capacity based on beds and square footage, Seaside Heights Zoning Code limits this property to a maximum of six (6) guests. This limit is strictly enforced.
