Our beach vacation house "California Dreamin" in the heart of Seacrest Beach, is perfectly located and loaded with southern charm. With a wraparound front porch, a back porch and three balconies, this house is designed for relaxation. A short walk will take you to the tropical swimming pool with lounge chairs galore. Hop on the complimentary shuttle and head straight to the beach entrance. Explore Seacrest Beach, Rosemary, and neighboring towns of Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. The beach is only the beginning!

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, our property comfortably sleeps 11 guests. Spacious rooms on three floors allow guests to discover a quiet place to relax and unwind. Our living area offers comfy sectional seating, a 55" HDTV, and access to the front wraparound porch with outdoor seating. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you will need to whip up a meal for the family, and there is plenty of dining seating at the family farm table and kitchen breakfast bar.

A bunk room (with four twin beds) is located on the first floor a few steps from a full bathroom, and opens to the back porch. The second floor is home to a guest bedroom with a queen bed plus two twin beds (daybed + trundle), an adjoining full bathroom, and access to a balcony with outdoor seating. The master bedroom offers a king bed, generous closet space, and access to a balcony with seating. The master bathroom is steps away and features a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. An additional bedroom/playroom is located on the third floor, and offers a full futon bed, a mini-refrigerator, a wet bar, and its own air conditioning unit. The roof top balcony is the perfect place to sit and enjoy an evening drink with friends. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and plenty of parking for the group. Tram service to the beach and wifi are both complimentary. Bicycles are available for rent at the entrance of the neighborhood.

Seacrest is an easygoing beach neighborhood, and is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. With its laid back attitude and spectacular white sandy beach, Seacrest Beach is where old Florida charm meets today’s luxury. With a 12,000 square foot tropical swimming pool and hot tub, there is plenty of chaise lounge seating for guests to relax all afternoon. When you are ready to explore, spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. The inviting towns and communities located along 30A beckon vacationers to stop and visit. You’ll spot gourmet restaurants, unique boutiques, art galleries, ice cream parlors and sweet shops – just for starters. Golf carts are not allowed per the HOA.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
