Alii Cove Top Floor Unit with Ocean View and walk to town and beach

Luxurious top floor condo, Unit H-23 (Sleeps 4 with Futon in Loft for an additional guest) The short walk to town from here offers a variety of restaurants (Papa Kona, Kai, Kona Inn, Royal Kona and the famous Huggo's Restaurants for sunset and live music), lots of shops and a Farmers Market for local food, flowers, and gifts. The Living room has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and high ceilings and large windows for a bright airy feel. You will love dining outside on the Lanai with the table and 4 chairs and an ocean view too! The master bedroom has a King size bed and adjacent bath with shower. The guest bedroom has a comfy Queen bed with a nearby bath that has a shower/tub combination. The TV in the photo has been upgraded to a flat screen TV. Unit H-23 is located in a very quiet part of the complex. We have an ocean view from our Lanai where you can view the arrivals and departures of cruise ships, whale watch, and sunsets. Our kitchen has granite countertops and a kitchen bar, and we upgraded to stainless appliances. It is completely equippped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Wireless internet in condo. New Central Air Conditioning Unit installed Nov 2018 plus ceiling fans in every room. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, beds, Couch, Recliner are new along with a new refrigator in 2021.

Joe and I (Irma) are the original owners of this Condo. We take pride in keeping our Hawaii home clean and fully equiped to make our guests feel at home. We only rent our home out 4-5 times a year so it doesn't get the wear and tear of a revolving door. We visit our home twice a year to enjoy the relaxation of Hawaii and at the same time refresh the condo. Most of our guests have been repeat guests that take pride in keeping the Condo clean. Our condo is situated in a quiet part of the Complex and the parking stall is right in front of the Condo which makes it convenient to carry belongings up the stairs. Its also a short walk to the Pool/Spa and BBQ Pavillion.
