Our immaculate Scottsdale condo is the perfect place to relax, play and get away. Whether you're looking for a short getaway, or want a longer term fully furnished rental, this is the place for you. Nestled in the coveted North Scottsdale Grayhawk community, this beautiful furnished condo is one of the best located first floor condos in the neighborhood. Surrounded by the beautiful backdrop of the McDowell Mountains, this spacious condo is approximately 1,729-square-feet of living space, with an attached garage, three generously sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, fireplace, and a patio overlooking the pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. The Village at Grayhawk has beautiful walking paths, three large heated pools and spas, and three workout centers. Over 30 miles of walking and biking paths are located right outside the community as well. The huge master suite includes a large soaker tub, separate shower, two sinks, large walk-in closet, king-size bed, and a plasma TV. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, plasma TV, dresser and large closet. The third bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds and a large closet. The open floor plan features a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a Plasma TV, cable, fireplace, and comfortable seating to relax and enjoy. The dining room opens to a patio overlooking the pool and beautiful landscaped grounds. Full-sized washer and dryer. High speed internet. Garage with remote. The kitchen is fully equipped including plenty of cookware, flatware, dishes, glassware, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. Everything you need is there for your use to make it feel like home.

PERFECT LOCATION!!
The condo is private and quiet, but less than two miles from the highway (101), yet tucked away, so it's sheltered from the noise and view of other streets. You will not lack on things to do nearby for children and adults of all ages. This condo is located in North Scottsdale just north of the TPC golf course, West World, shopping, sports venues, and theatres. Best hiking in the valley is just minutes away. Other close points of interest include Pinnacle Peak, Camelback Mountain, Gateway trailheads for hiking, Cave Creek, Butterfly Wonderland, Odysea Aquarium, Musical Instrument Museum, Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training, Football Stadium, TPC golf (Phoenix Open), Barrett Jackson, and the list goes on….. There are so many amazing restaurants of all kinds and shopping areas just a short drive or uber ride from the condo including Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter, DC Ranch Marketplace, Fashion Square, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Old Town Scottsdale and more. World-class golf courses are very close ( including Grayhawk, TPC, Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, Troon North, Kierland, Talking Stick, Eagle Mountain, Wildfire and We-Ko-Pa) The Mayo Clinic is 5 minutes away. Great Place

We stayed at Rick's condo for a month mid-February through mid-March and had a great time. The condo is super clean, it's in a great location, the beds are comfortable and the pool is warm and clean, and Rick is one of the nicest and most responsive hosts we've had the pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend his place.

A great month

Our first time in the Grayhawk area and first time we’d stayed in AZ longer than a week. We were there to hike and golf and location was great for both. The complex was very well taken care of, beyond our expectations actually. The condo itself was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. Condo was on the first floor overlooking the pool which we really liked. We used the hot tub daily. Rick, the owner, was a great host. He was very easy to communicate with, super responsive, and checked in mid-stay to endure all was well. The condo could use a little bit of updating but it didn’t affect our stay and Rick mentioned he had things in the works. We are hoping to go back to Rick’s place for a longer period of time next year if we are able.

Wonderful month in Scottsdale!

The condo is exactly as depicted online (spacious and well laid out). The condo complex, pool area, and entire neighborhood are very well maintained, with nice walking paths. There are many nice restaurants and three good grocery stores nearby. Rick was flexible, gracious, and responsive in making sure we enjoyed our stay. We had a great time, with close friends and family visiting us during the month..

Great condo

We come to Arizona for two months every winter, and have stayed in several different condos in the Grayhawk area. It is an ideal location with many great restaurants, endless walking paths, and grocery stores nearby, actually within walking distance. This is one of the cleanest, best equipped condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice cookware and both a single serve coffee maker, and a traditional coffee maker, both high quality! Rick was very responsive to our questions, and very pleasant to communicate with. We greatly appreciated the “welcome” basket as well, complete with a bottle of wine! It is a spacious condo, well laid out with a large master bedroom area, private second bedroom area, as well as a third bedroom. It even has a large laundry area which was very convenient for us given we stay for two months! Extra storage space in the laundry as well for all of our “gear”. This would be a very good choice for anyone wishing to experience what we consider the best and most convenient area of Scottsdale! Thanks, Rick!

The property is beautiful comfortable and sparkling clean. The condo is extremely well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and light cleaning supplies. The furniture is comfortable and fresh. The location of the condo within the enclave is close but not too close to the pool, and has a lovely view of landscaping from covered patio. We did not cook because the host had many restaurants suggestions that are convenient and very fun! We would highly recommend this beautiful north Scottsdale condo. Thank you to Rick and Jill

Amazing condo. Great host.

I needed a place to stay while my brother was at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. I found Rick's place and it looked perfect. It really was better than that. It is a beautiful place, with lots of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. The community, the pool, the surroundings were everything I could have asked for. More importantly, the host was so gracious and attentive during the uncertain situation I was in with my brother's health. I couldn't have asked for more. It really made a difficult situation much easier and more peaceful.

Great Rental in Scottsdale!

We had to find a last minute replacement rental since our first rental cancelled our reservation. I couldn't have been happier about our experience with Rick and his property! It was close to shopping - the pool and the grounds were beautiful! The condo was impeccable! Clean and comfortable! One of the nicest kitchens and all the necessary cooking tools and spices that you could need! We could not believe how quiet the condo was and could not hear neighbors at all. Would definitely stay here again when we travel back to Scottsdale!

North Scottsdale Weekend Retreat

What a gem tucked away in the Grayhawk community! Rick & Jill's condo is elegantly appointed and extremely comfortable. From the community pool right off the patio to the thoughtful welcome basket, wi-fi, and cable tv, my stay at their condo felt like home. The condo community is very quiet, centrally located, and is in close proximity to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. Our communication was excellent throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at their condo and fully intend to stay there again during my next trip out to Arizona. Thanks for the wonderful weekend retreat!

December Scottsdale vacation

Excellent Choice for Families & Couples

We stayed at Ric and Jill’s condo for a week while visiting friends. The location is quiet and relaxing while also being only minutes from the freeway and stores. The condo itself is perfect for families with kids or a couple wanting to get away. There is ample space for everyone and the condo is stocked with everything you need. The pool was within steps of the covered patio and is a nice place to get a break from the heat (we were there in July). We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Scottsdale getaway condo

Rick and Jill's condo is the perfect place to stay in North Scottsdale. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues in all directions. Don't miss the Musical Instrument Museum! The condo is comfortable and well appointed. I will definitely look it up next time I travel to the Phoenix area.
