Our house has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Boasting newly renovated floors and kitchen, the house accommodates up to 8 adults across its 4 bedrooms. The luxurious second floor Master Bedroom is perfect for unwinding with its king bed, two twin beds, Italian shower, and jetted whirlpool. The second floor guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The first-floor Master bedroom offers a queen bed and direct access to the patio, while the first-floor guest bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed.

The house also features a dining room, cozy living room, porch, TV room, 3 bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a garage (one car), a driveway (3 cars) and a spacious sunroom that opens up to the outdoor patio. With multiple skylights and windows, the house is illuminated with natural light, providing a serene ambiance for your beach vacation.

Our house is equipped with a pool (Mid-May to Mid-October), hot tub (year-round), an outdoor shower and ping pong table, along with plenty of toys and board games for children and adults to enjoy. Bikes are also available for guests to explore the charming village and its surroundings.

Located in Bellport Village, nestled on Long Island's Great South Bay, our house is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation or a weekend beach retreat. Enjoy the village's friendly, safe, and quiet atmosphere and experience its restaurants, shops, galleries, summer theater, outdoor concerts at the dock, sailing, swimming, ferry to Ho-Hum beach, golf, tennis, and more.

Bellport is easily accessible, just 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Manhattan by car and less than 2 hours by train (LIRR).

Please note that the swimming pool/hot-tub and sports equipment, including the ping pong table, are used at your own risk. The swimming pool is equipped with a removable child pool safety fence, and children must be supervised at all times. Owner accepts no liability for loss or injury.

We value our guests and are always available to help with any questions or concerns. We have a safety Ring floodlight outdoor camera on the driveway for your security.

Please follow our house rules, including check-in after 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM, no parties or events, no smoking, and no pets. We kindly ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the summer months. No outdoor music or loud voices after 10 PM. We expect you to leave the house reasonably clean, and any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit. Please be environmentally conscious by turning off lights, AC, and heating when you leave.
