La Estancia - Your Home away from Home!

Recently Renovated! Be our guest at your home away from home. Enjoy the convenience of a 9 minute drive from DFW airport, 15 minutes to a Cowboys or Rangers game, 22 minutes to downtown Dallas, and 21 minutes to downtown Fort Worth!

Explore all of DFW from 1 location!

You will have the GUEST HOUSE all to yourself! There are 2 queen beds.
There are extra blankets & sheets in the closet.

The guest House is located in the back which has 2 access points through the back yard. You can come and go with complete privacy. There is a washer and dryer accessible to you and a full kitchen. Please enjoy any of the toiletries as well as anything in the kitchen!

If you are trying to book within 24 hours you may not be able to so you are welcome to message me & I can see if we can make it possible!

The neighborhood is pretty quiet and family oriented! Neighbors are kind and approachable and the atmosphere is laidback and low key!
Feel free to say hey or ask for any suggestions for exploring or good places to eat! I do my best at be available for any questions.

Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Return the key where it was located upon check in.
Put any dirty towels in the laundry room
Wash dirty dishes. We can will put away if they need to dry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don’t wipe your make up on the towels feel
Smoking is allowed outside but an extra cleaning fee could be incurred if the residence smells like smoke.

Highly recommend!

I stayed here while I was at a week long training. The family was so accommodating and pleasant. If you have children, I highly recommend staying here. I will book this house again for future stays.

Awesome Stay!

We loved this place! Very clean and everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable and felt right at home. The hosts are so nice and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. We were able to use their pool anytime, which was wonderful. Thank you Haley and Edwin for a wonderful month

The guest house was wonderful. The host was wonderful. The yard and play area for kids is simply amazing! If I had 1 tiny change I would recommend a second safety rail on top bunk. I was afraid of missing the narrow steps coming down, in the dark especially. But thats just me. We would definitely love to come back!!!! A

Excellent weekend stay

Excellent location between Dallas and Fort Worth with easy access to highways. Was a super comfortable place to base our weekend adventure. Everything we could have at home was provided and we were able to enjoy ourselves fully.

Beautiful property

4 night stay, everything we needed and more packed into a small guest house. Owner was very friendly and welcoming while allowing us privacy. Very kid friendly. Immaculate decor and accommodations for a very reasonable price.
