The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take out the trash on Monday and/or Thursday mornings. You can put them out the night before and retrieve them after trash is picked up. Please put them in the garage.
Second, due to the heat of Texas and the pool heater, the water in the pool evaporates. Please turn on the water to fill pool up to half way of the surrounding tiles.
There are NOT any check out routine. The cleaning team will take care of everything. After all, you’re here to relax.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash days: Monday and Thursday. Please have the trash cans out on the curb up to the night before and place them back into the garage after pick up.
Pool. There is no life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk. You are responsible to keep an eye on all children in the backyard at all times.

All I can say is, what an amazing home. This is my second time staying in this home and they have been amazing experiences. Clean, smooth check in and Mr Johnson is a great host. Easy to communicate with. Everything you need is within 5-10 min drive, very convenient. My family absolutely loved it, amazing memories both times.

The heated pool is WONDERFUL!!No WiFi made the trip difficult since there was no entertainment when the pool was not an option. The back door was difficult for me to lock as you need to turn it as you lock- never come across that kind of lock.I would like the master bedroom carpet to be steam cleaned to assist with a possible old pet smell. The trash cans were half full so we were left with overflowing trash when we had to put the bins out.

Guest were very difficult and would not rent to them ever again. Never brought up the problems they said. The trash instructions are in welcome text. They didn’t read any of it and they became difficult with instruction given before they even checked in. My carpet are shampooed on a regular bases yet they didn’t say anything. Typical guest when they are at fault they create comments that are not true to make them sound like a victim.

Great house. It worked out perfectly for a visit with children and grandchildren. The kids loved the pool and there was lots of room to spread out. Less expensive than a couple of hotel rooms and this was you have a kitchen and lots of common area to hang out.

The property has good space for the 6 that stayed with bunks in the "kids" rooms. Also quiet and easy access to the metro area.

Comfy Oasis

The home had the perfect set up for kids and family time, with an open concept floor plan between the living area, dining room, and kitchen!This led straight to the beautiful and well-kept pool! The pull-out couch was great for when the kids wanted to pile up together for movies, and the master provided a quality mattress and pillows for a good night’s rest!Would love to stay here again in the future!

Family retreat

This was a great house to gather our Texas family together for the holiday. We could easily sit 10 people for a meal. The pool was great! Any questions were answered and resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home

This home was a great place to stay. It is very comfy and roomy with three bedrooms and a sofa couch and two bathrooms. We were visiting family and close to the airport. There was lots of towels and toiletries and washer and dryer was included. My spent our nights in the gazebo, but what we really enjoyed was the pool. The pool was definitely heated. I want to thank Mr Johnson, he was great and always check.
