Waterfront condo with direct views of NASA close to beach, unique Florida Oasis
Fully renovated vacation getaway condo directly on the Indian River. It is a 800 SqFt 1/1 end unit with views of the inter-coastal waterway from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. With a dream memory foam mattress pull out sleeper sofa.
Imagine waking up to dolphins out your master bedroom window, or catching dinner from the seawall in the afternoon. There is a direct view of Nasa's Vehicle Assembly Building across the water. Space X and UAE launches here are amazing, you can really hear and FEEL the power of the rockets!!
The Condo is in a safe and quiet complex with very friendly neighbors. There is a new built shopping area, many good restaurants, and parks within minutes of the condo. There is even a place to get close up looks at gators, go skydiving or even Airboat rides within 10 minutes of the condo. If your brave enough that is!!
Some of the many destinations you might want to visit are: 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, 15 minutes to the pristine unspoiled Playalinda beach and Merritt Island National Seashore, 60 minutes to Disney if you want to hit up the parks. 30-45 minutes to Orlando international beach, 20-30 minutes to Cocoa Beach home of Ron Jons Surf Co. 60 minutes to World Famous Daytona beach.
