Perfect escape from those cold winter months! 4 month minimum rental in winter

Located in Pelican Point, a gated complex directly on the Intercostal/Indian River across from Titus Landing, is available for year round rental. The condo is a 4th floor (top floor) unit with approximately 900 square feet of space. From the balcony you have terrific views of sunrises and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. It's a short drive to secluded Playlinda Beach in Cape Canaveral National Seashore and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge.
The complex is small, as there are only 132 units contained in 3 buildings. It is ideal for a retired couple that wishes to escape the cold of the north, but wants to avoid the traffic and masses of south Florida. Titusville is on the east coast, 40 miles from Orlando Florida.
Queen bed in master bedroom, a pair of twins on the west side, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 42in smart samsung TV in LR with blue ray player. Samsung smart flat screen smart TV in master and 20' TV in second bedroom, wireless internet.
All towels and linens, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels furnished. Heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and club house room available. Coin washer/dryer located on each floor (shared with only 10 others).
Orlando Airport is 45 minutes away, Playalinda Beach is 20 minutes away. Nearby activities include Canaveral National Seashore-Playalinda Beach (a unique, unspoiled, uncrowded beach), Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (bird watching, wild pigs, alligators), Kennedy Space Center, many golf courses, air boat rides, and fishing at the seashore or at the backdoor with many rivers and lakes in the area. There is antique shopping in old town Titusville est. 1867.
Disney World, Seaworld, etc. all about an hour away. Daytona Beach is 50 miles north and Cocoa Beach is 15 miles south.
Condominium rules prevent renting for less than 1 month.
Winter rental minimum is 4 months.

I now live in Vero Beach. I'm a couple hours south if anything needs attention. This picture was taken on Playalinda in January.
Why they chose this property
The condo was purchased by my parents as a winter rental and summer vacation home. I keep it for the same reasons.
What makes this property unique
The pictures don't show you how close Kennedy Space center is really. You'll have an amazing view few get to enjoy. Playalinda beach is a true hidden gem of a beach. Titusville is a small town as beach towns go. You can always travel to more congested areas or just open the doors and windows and enjoy Florida weather.
