OCEANVIEW Avon - Moore Way - Escape from it all in luxurious BEACH HAVEN, only 3 lots back from the beach with a large open view of the ocean. Thoughtfully designed to care for your every need, this home will take your worries away. The lower level features a game room with large pool table, sitting area, full refrigerator, wet bar with microwave for game time snacks, and 2 TVs (1-55" Smart TV). A master bedroom with two singles and private bath is also on this level. Just outside, the cool waters of the private swimming pool will refresh you and the 6 person hot tub will soothe you. On the mid-level there are three bedrooms, one of which is a king master with private bath. The second king has a semi-private bath with an entrance from both the room as well as the hallway which allows for easy access from the middle room containing a regular as well as a pyramid bunk. Upstairs, the great room features great ocean views, and home theater system with 47" flat screen LED energy saver TV and surround sound which makes you feel like you're part of the action. Take advantage of the complimentary wireless and hardwire high speed internet. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)

New for 2025: The second-level master bathroom will be completely remodeled with new flooring, new lighting, a walk-in shower, and a new toilet and vanity!
New for 2024: All TVs are now Smart TVs. New LVP flooring in all four bedrooms and new carpet installed on the stairs.

We have stayed in Avon for 5 years, often for Fourth of July week. This has been our best experience yet. The home was very comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. We would absolutely book here again.

Great vacation!

Great location and the house was perfect for our group! Pool and hot tub were used daily as well as the downstairs game room. Very short walk to the beach so very convenient. We will definitely rent again!

The house was exactly as listed..lots of room and comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery store..walking distance to coffee shop and breakfast spot(oceans bistro!). We there in the off season so very quiet. Short walk to the beach. Hot tub was great!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Beach Haven! Although the home wasn’t ready for us when we expected it to be (and we had to wait with a car load of groceries with 8 people exhausted from two days of driving ....) the Housekeeping Manager saved the day and was kind, gracious, and understanding of our situation - she saved the day at checkin and Surf or Sound Avon is lucky to have her....she redeemed the situation even though we were tired and frustrated. After that, we had an absolute blast the entire week. The welcome bag and bucket were a sweet and personal touch that I really appreciated! The set up of the house (the the three floors and the kitchen and living room being all the way on top made it very difficult for my mom physically - but she still loved her time there. Make note though for those that can’t climb stairs. The home was very Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and amazing fresh seafood. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day when we weren’t at the beach, and the kids loved playing pool in the game room when they were indoors. The top deck was my favorite spot - coffee there every morning for sunrise was a complete treasure for me each day. Well appointed kitchen too, which is great for a mom feeding a hungry husband, five kids (all teens and preteens) and my mother too! Just a few minor maintenance issues I was surprised to find but they weren’t worth making a formal complaint about - like a ripped out screen door, broken toilet paper holder with no roll bar, large pulls in the carpet here and there in the game room, screen doors would not stay on the sliders, etc. As long as they knew those issues weren’t caused by us - I was perfectly happy to overlook them. We can’t wait to go back and are disappointed the house is already booked through the end of summer or we’d be planning a second trip already! Stay here - it’s awesome! You will love it - family trips, friends trips....it’s just amazing. Food Lion is the place for reasonably priced groceries with lots to offer - and walk next door to Pangea Tavern for dinner and drinks - awesome! Don’t forget the little, bright yellow seafood shop nearby - trust me! Absolutely the cleanest, freshest, most delicious and beautiful seafood we have come across on vacation! Get a beach fire permit free too! Can’t rave enough about this place. Just wish it were booked less by others so we could book it more, not one of the 8 of us wanted to Leave!

Nice place to get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Lots of water options; Ocean, Pool, Hot Tub. Area was not too commercial and enjoyed the multitude of quaint shops and yet quick access to grocery and food places.

The homes A/C is set to a specific temperature (73 upstairs, 74 down) and is not adjustable. This resulted in an uncomfortable hot & humid (67% according to the thermostat) environment. Home had visibly dusty fan blades, blinds, lamps, etc. Pool had debris floating & on the bottom beyond just sand. Surround sound in the game room didn't work & DVD player in the upstairs living room wasn't connected to the TV (& no way to connect). There were abandoned cars directly behind the house (which is the view from the balcony, the ocean is on the side). Mainteance entered the home 3 times without knocking or ringing doorbell. They yelled up the stairs once they were in the home. We left early mostly due to the house being uncomfortably hot upstairs (which is where the kitchen & living room is).
