The condo has 2 stories, with a king bedroom on the first floor. There is also a hallway bunk with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional living area with a queen sleeper, all of which have access to a shared bathroom in the hallway.

Upstairs, the open kitchen and living room have been completely updated with top-of-the-line furnishings, premium stainless steel appliances, and all-white cabinetry. There is a banquette with seating for 6 and an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar for guests to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen also has a separate entrance to the outside, while beautiful Gulf and pool views fill the room from the other side. There is a spacious living area with 2 sofas, chairs, a flat-screen TV, and outdoor seating on the balcony. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Disclaimer: All golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.
