villa on 1500 m2 of land, quiet, not overlooked, on the edge of the forest, overlooking the marina of the vineyard and a beautiful beach on the basin side where you descend on foot in 5 minutes, the ocean is 15 mins on foot via the gate at the end of the garden overlooking the forest. The village center of Cap Ferret is 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike via the cycle path, the charming village of l'Herbe where you can taste oysters by the water within 10 minutes by bike by the bike path.
