The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideally suited for:

* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 × 190 cm), ideal for children or teenagers

This layout is perfect for two couples travelling with children or for families seeking comfort, space, and relaxation.

All bedrooms feature blackout shutters and ceiling fans, ensuring a cool and restful sleep even during warm summer months.

Families with babies are welcome. A travel cot is available upon request. Please note that we do not provide a high chair or changing table.

You will be personally welcomed by Andrea, who will show you around the house and help you settle in.

The following fees are payable directly to Andrea in cash upon arrival:

* End-of-stay cleaning: €150 per stay
* Bed linens and towels (optional): €25 per bedroom
