Casa Catarina, Casa B6, is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home nestled in the private oceanfront community Costa del Sol on Cozumel's southwestern shore. The house sleeps up to 9 comfortably in 1 king bed in the master and 2 queens, a futon and a king on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen is completely equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. The dining table seats up to 8. The kitchen is stocked with basic condiments and plenty of dishware and utensils. The water from each of the faucets is purified and drinkable, and we provide the 5 gallon bottles of purified water. The first is included and additional bottles are $3 usd each.

The house offers keyless entry, washer/dryer, central air, wifi, free local and long distance calling, and a Smart TV. Also included are all bath towels, linens, beach towels, and other amenities like paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, and more.

Casa Catarina is part of a gated beachfront community with 24 hour security, covered parking, a heated Infinity pool and a private beach. It is perfect for divers and snorkelers with a private pier for pick up and deliver from the property. Plus, the community is in the middle of the national marine park, so dive sites like Palancar and Colombia are only minutes away.

Guests of Casa Catarina will enjoy daily housekeeping and concierge service. We offer a shopping service and a chef service. Our chefs Rafa & Alis can prepare delicious authentic Mexican food made to order in your kitchen. Unlike other chef services, there is no set menu you must choose from, and you are free to choose your days and times.
