We have Very large 3 bedroom condo with large patio accessible from bedroom or living area. Beach in front of property. Plenty of space to sit and talk with family and friends. Large full kitchen if you decide to eat in. If you are a scuba diver, your boat can pick you up out front and you can clean your gear in the provided area near the pool. Ask us about our deals with Aldora Divers. If you just want to relax we have a large pool area that it quiet. If you are into tennis or working out there is a tennis court and work out room on site. The tennis court is being modified to also allow pickleball. You can watch the beautiful sunsets at the beach, from the Money Bar or from the patio on 2 of our rooms. This is a quiet area of the island but there is live music at the Money Bar http://www.moneybarbeachclub.com/ on some nights. Check out the view on their website. If you like to snorkel the place you pay to take a boat is right off the beach in an area that is marked off by buoys with no fee. Fiber optic internet speed 497Mbps down 101 up. Ask about our discount with Aldora Divers.

I love to scuba dive. I have been diving for over 55 years. We visited Cozumel 20 years ago & started diving with Aldora Divers. There are so many great restaurants on the island all inclusives do not make sense.
Why they chose this property
We actually chose this area because of the beautiful resort. We had been coming to Cozumel for 20 years staying at different condos and hotels. When a unit came available here we fell in love with it. This is one of the only properties on the island that has central air.
What makes this property unique
It has a great pool, private security, beach front, most dive sites are south so this is perfect to be picked up by the boat. This is the nicest facility that I have ever stayed.
