Well-appointed, sunny one bedroom apartment in the premiere walking district of Oaxaca - El Zocalo, Santo Domingo, restaurants, markets, shopping, museums , cafes and a hub for trips to Monte Alban, Mitla, the weekly markets, etc.

Lovely Spot!

From beginning to end, the communcation with Adriana and Selene was easy and accessible. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well accommodated. The location is central to restaurants, delicious street food, and walkable museums. I would recommend this place and would stay again!

Clean and cheerful apartment in excellent location

Clean and comfortable apartment a few blocks north of the noisy downtown. Plenty of restaurants and crafts shops and a small grocery store nearby. Adriana ensured we were met by someone who gave us the keys and showed us around the space, and was very responsive when we asked for anything.

Nice clean apt in a great location

Our ten day stay was great in this light-filled and airy apartment. The apartment was spacious - separate dining area, living room, kitchen and a big closet in the bedroom. The only thing prospective guests should be prepared for are early rising neighborhood roosters and late night karaoke at a nearby nightclub.

Great value, fantastic location, some things could be better.

Pros: spotless, modern, has all you need, including a large bottle of water. Very lovely people & in the heart of Oaxaca, while being on less busy street, that's safe.Cons: Showerhead is very tiny & on extreme water saving mode that you can't adjust. Great for saving water, which is critical in Oaxaca, bad for a real shower.

Modern and quiet apartment in the Centro

I stayed here for 10 weeks and loved every minute! The hosts were responsive; the apartment was clean, appointed with all the basics, and comfortable; and the cleaning and garden staff friendly. The location is super central, so do expect church bells, chickens, and some street noise. However, these city sounds didn’t disrupt my stay in any way, and it actually seemed quiet compared with other places I have stayed in Oaxaca. I would happily stay here again and hope to in the future.

Enjoyable stay.

Excellent location. Quiet, private and secure. The bed was very squeaky and that woke us up numerous times. Only one pillow per person. No oven or microwave. It needs one or the other as cooking options were ver limited.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at this centrally located apartment in Oaxaca. The space is modern, clean, and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, essentially a cozy one-bedroom with everything thoughtfully arranged.Because it’s right in the heart of the city, you do get some street noise and music filtering in through the windows, but that’s simply part of being next to all the energy and excitement that the Centro Histórico brings. For us, it was absolutely worth it and not an issue at all.We also had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, Selene, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available, truly a sweetheart. And Ericka, our cleaning lady, was also very kind and attentive.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal in a prime location for their Oaxaca adventure. A wonderful stay!

Great location in historic district

The apartment is tucked away and oriented off the street in the bustling historic center of Oaxaca amid colorful old buildings. We were there during Dia de los Muertos festivities. There was street noise at night, but the apartment is not street side, which helped a lot. The location is perfect for stepping out to eat, shop, and experience cultural activities. The bed is very comfortable, which is a great asset when a good night's rest is needed. The shower is spacious and there is plenty of hot water. It was a wonderful stay, and our hosts are gracious people who made checking in very easy. Thank you!
