Located in the gated community of Vizcaya in lovely Dune Allen Beach, this newly built home will exceed all your vacation expectations from the moment you walk through the door. The kitchen is a professional chef’s dream with a gas stove, a grill, a griddle, and 2 ovens. The oversized dining table seats 10, and there are 5 additional counter stools at the kitchen island to seat 15 comfortably for dinner. If you’re not in the mood to cook fresh caught gulf seafood, then you’re only a short stroll or bike ride from Gulf Place Town Center where several delicious and locally owned restaurants are located.

During your stay at Vizcaya you’ll enjoy a heated community pool, as well as being only a few, short steps from the crystal-clear waters and sparkling white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Had enough fun in the sand and sun? 30A offers multiple bike rental companies that will deliver bikes for the entire family right to your door, and the 22-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs parallel to 30A in front of Vizcaya. Beautiful home, but not clean.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. If it had been clean, I would have given it a 5 star rating. I will admit, I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness, but this house was just plain dirty. There was sand and hair everywhere and the floors looked as though they had not been mopped at all. One of the beds had sand in it and the white couches were very dirty. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay...but, for the price we paid, this house should have been much cleaner.

Needs elevator

This house is terrible without the elevator. Will never rent this again because of this. Everything else is great. We also rented house next door and it was superb. Please tell this owner that we will tell all out Tenn friends who travel to the Gulf that this is not the house to rent. Three stories to climb with groceries is awful.

Great Family Vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful. Decorated to perfection and really comfortable beds. We made use of the extra umbrellas in the garage. Our only complaint was the tv situation. The only tv we could work was the living room and it wasn’t a smart tv. Not a huge deal but we love watching tv in the mornings while drinking coffee. Maybe a pamphlet about how to operate then would be helpful! The kitchen was stocked to perfection and we enjoyed many meals at the big dining table. Also the games made for fun family entertaining at night and on rainy days! Overall a great stay!

A slice of heaven

When our daughters senior high school spring break trip to the Bahamas was cancelled because of the pandemic, 5 mothers frantically scrambled to find a place to still have a memorable trip for our girls and mothers. Little did we know that Chablis By the Sea would have provided us with some of the most enjoyable memories to cling to as the next several weeks unfolded. The home was impeccable and our group of 10 had plenty of space for sleeping, cooking and the occasional dance party. The location of the home in a small gated subdivision on a private beach was fantastic. Its walking distance to the little town of shops and restaurants which we didn't use often but was available and in different times we would have gone to more often. The grocery store is a short drive. Our group has wistfully referred to that week many times over the past several weeks when lots of senior events have been cancelled, at least we had "Chablis by the Sea." We can't wait to go back!!!
