Nestled in the northwest corner of Florida, Santa Rosa Beach sits on a 26-mile stretch of coastline that claims crystal-clear water the color of glittering gems—hence its moniker, the Emerald Coast.

Our home is ideally located so that you can easily access all of Santa Rosa's finest dining and attractions.

The closest beach is Dune Allen Beach which can be reached in a 10 minute drive, however there are plenty more beautiful beaches in the area!

The house is 2 miles or a 7 min drive from the heart of downtown Sandestin. Sandestin has approximately 20 restaurants. Including pizzerias, wine bars, and P.F. Chang's. The house is 3.9 miles from the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. My personal favorite spot is the The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a gated community on the water that is full of fun restaurants and shopping!

We loved our stay. So much room. Our kids loved the pool we had so much fun. Only downside no cable TV and internet was in and out but who needs that when your on vacation. We still had a blast. Made our first time to Florida a memorable one!

Nice house in Destin area

Pros: great outdoor space with screened in pool+hot tub, lots of privacy, 10 min drive to beach, spacious interior, kid friendly with lots of games and beach toys/chairs, huge master bedroom suite with private entrance to garage and pool, nice and quiet neighborhood Cons: back area needed to be cleaned twice, pool could have been cleaner, the gas stove had issues, outdoor grill unusable, had issues with shower door, would have preferred the one washer and dryer set to be in kitchen area vs in the master bedroom Overall: wonderful property overall despite the outside area having a couple of cleaning issues. We loved the privacy and overall location of the house. Even though the property had a couple of issues, the owner was very responsive and eventually got just about everything fixed prior to us leaving. 3.5/5 stars, would consider staying again in the future.

It was a great place to stay. The interior has been updated but the back yard(grass area) needs some serious TLC. The lani was perfect though. It was relaxing and comfortable.

Great Stay

Our multi-generational group of family stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place is just as pictured. The host was very accommodating. We had 1 incident where the kitchen faucet was leaking. She had the plumber immediately come out and complete the repair, and even gave us a gift certificate to a local restaurant for the inconvenience. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. We spent a great deal of time outside watching movies and toasting smores in the outdoor fireplace. I would definitely recommend this house as we had a truly wonderful family vacation.
