YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. You will be about 300 hundred yards from the beach. Located on the west side of A1A. Updated in 2022, a 3 bedroom 2 bath (one story no stairs), full size kitchen and dinning area for preparing a nice meal after a day at the beach. Great room has a Smart TV with WiFi connection. (High speed fiber) Two couches one pulls out to a queen sleeper) and a chair and ottoman. Master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser , large closet, bathroom has a walk in shower. 2nd room has a king bed and dresser, smart TV. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, for kids only (150lb MAX weight limit). There is a gas grill for cooking out. Sheets, towels, beach chairs and 2 beach cruisers, and a cooler are provided. Just bring your swim suits.) Inquire about a day on the water. Go boating on the intracoastal water way, sight seeing, Inshore fishing, cruising to a local water front restaurant. Or an afternoon on a Island sandbar.

NO Smoking in the house at any time! There is a backyard for that, do not throw butts in my yard! WASH ALL SAND OFF BEFORE PLACING ANY IN THE GARAGE.
Put all trash and recycling out Sunday night to the curb and Thursday Morning trash only. Please treat my house like a friends home, Have Respect !!

A hidden gem in New Smyrna

With multiple beach access points within walking distance this property is one of the best to avoid the crowded public ramps and parking lots in New Smyrna while still being close enough to downtown shops and restaurants. It is also only a short drive from the end of the beach where you can park and watch launches from Cape Canaveral day or night.

This home is beautiful and has everything you would need for the beach and otherwise. We will definitely be staying again. There are lots of games for down time and plenty of beach supplies. You wont regret staying here.

Home was clean and very well kept. From inside the home you cannot hear traffic noise. So don’t worry about the proximity to A1A. The beach is definitely within walking distance. Great place! Would stay again

Beach Beauty

Family of 5 visiting NSB for a mid-November break. This home is in a perfect location with easy access to all local venues, especially the beach. Provided amenities included beach equipment, adult bikes, BBQ grill, and much more. Highly recommend this home and the very personable and attentive host.

My family loves spending time at New Smyrna Beach, I grew up in Daytona and wanted to be near the beach again without the craziness of the Daytona Beach crowd.

Why they chose this property

Being located on A1A in New Smyrna Beach makes it a short drive or bike ride to Flagler Ave. shopping and dinning . Just 30 min. to Daytona speedway. and 1.20 hr from all the great theme parks in Orlando. New Smyrna has great local restaurants and breweries. The Canaveral National Seashore is just 7.3 miles to the south of us on A1A. Great fishing charters and places to rent a boat or paddle boards for the day are close by. Walk just a couple of blocks south to Izzies and grab some Tacos and Ice Cream.
