Fully equipped condo is right on the beach!

The master suite has a king bed, it's own bath and direct oceanfront view with TV and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin/full bunk bed with it's own TV.

The building has a private picnic area with a gas barbecue for guest use. Walking distance to on-beach dining; Chase's on the Beach, Tiki Bar, Toni and Joe's and Flagler Ave.

Location: New Smyrna Beach Inlet has the best waves on East Coast of Florida. 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando and Disney, You can enjoy everything from central Florida's amusement parks, to relaxing on what some consider to be 'the best beach in the world'.

Local parks with access to river where you can boat, jet ski, kayak, fish, crab and see the manatees and dolphins. Flagler Avenue close by for great shopping.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:

1. Return the parking passes and gate fob from your car to the counter. Please text a photo of the them on the counter before you leave. 407-782-6080
2. Load the dishwasher and start it before you leave. 3. Remove all bedding and towels that were used. Put them in the laundry closet. 4. Close all blinds and lock all windows and sliding doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was just perfect. You will not find a more beautiful view of ocean. You can literally see the ocean from every room in the condo. Patrick was very easy and efficient to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view with a feeling of home

The view of the ocean is amazing, the kitchen is well stocked and user friendly, the washer/dryer is modern and efficient, and the host communicates promptly. Great location, loved our time here.

Beautiful Views

This unit was very comfortable with beautiful panoramic views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Had some parking issues the first couple of days from HOA but Patrick quickly handled it for us. He was very responsive when we needed him. We loved the fast elevator and easy access to the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

This was a wonderful place to stay… right on the beach! It was beautiful and exactly as described. The property owner was also wonderful.. easy to get ahold of and answered/addressed any problems. A great place to stay!

Wow! What a great condo!

This is a great ocean front condo with fantastic views and plenty of nearby amenities. We loved our stay at this condo. Has one of the best views of the entire complex. Felt secure and safe at this beautiful place.

Very nice

Check in was easy. Condo clean and had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful. Pool is not heated but more fun swimming in the ocean. Overall great time. Would stay there again!

Great view, best manager we’ve had at a VRBO

The manager put me at ease immediately when I told him that the cleaners did a poor job, and he said “I’ll get them back in” no questions asked. Any time I contacted him with a question he responded very timely and came to fix it. The condo itself was quaint with beautiful views. Saw 4 or 5 rocket launches. Great restaurants and fun things to do. Enjoyed getting to know NSB.

Beautiful and right on the beach!

My.two young adult sons and I stayed and absolutely loved being right on the beach. Convenient and beautiful views from every room in the condo. Close to grocery store and a great ice cream place. The building does.not have many units in it and i appreciated that. Parking was easy and close, not a sprawling parking lot. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Check-in was smooth.

We stayed 3 weeks in this condo during January. Patrick was excellent , answered any questions within 24 hours, gave suggestions including watching a space x launch from our deck, and made a quick repair when contacted. This condo had every thing we needed and we highly recommend it. Our stay was better than we ever anticipated!

Better than expected!

The place was perfect! Family of 4 (2 kids - 8 & 11) - the location couldn't be any better to spend the whole day at the beach! parking was easy and secure. The pool was private and we were the only ones most of the time. The place was so big and kids loved having their own bedrooms (so much better than staying at a resort!) - the kitchen was fully equipped (actually better equipped than mine at home :)) - the views...just perfection! Next time we are planning a trip to Florida, we will be staying there!

NSB Palm House

We love the Palm House. Everything was as expected. Clean and right on the ocean! Can see the Atlantic from almost every room! Patrick very promptly took care of a small glitch we had in checking in! Our family of six loves this location. Condo had everything we needed. Only negative I would add would be updating the tvs in the bedrooms to have smart tvs and have them on the wall for more dresser space.
