Very comfortable villa of full feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, swimming pool ....

In a green setting with mountain views and not overlooked life, we are 800 m from the heart of the villa of Sorède, 10mm beaches of Argelès, in a residential area at the foot of Albères.

We had a great time in this spacious villa with a private pool, we used the private pool a lot because of this very hot weather, there is a big garden and the villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, we could communicate with Sylvain very well, he responded Right away when we had a question to ask to him….we can recommend this villa to everyone…

Très jolie maison contemporaine avec une belle piscine dans un environnement naturel face aux Albères, au calme.Sylvain a été très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos attentes. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et conforme à la description. L'emplacement était idéal et tout était pensé pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi. L'hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. grande villa moderne parfaitement équipée avec grande piscine, terrasse et jardin clos. quartier très calme, en bord de forêt de chêne liège et départs de randonnée. compter 15mn pour la plage la plus proche (racou) 20mn pour les plus belles criques (paulilles)

Knappe woning, heel aangename tuin met een ruim zwembad. Sylvain is een enorm vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Het feit dat hij het huis ernaast woont, maakt dat hij onmiddellijk daar is als je hem nodig hebt. Veel te doen en te bekijken in de omgeving. Kortom: voor quasi alles alleen maar superlatieven. Wat de accommodatie betreft toch één minpuntje: het ontbreken van airco in de aparte studio naast het zwembad is echt wel een gemis (het huis zelf wordt gekoeld via de vloer, geen airco). Voorzie je ook van voldoende producten tegen muggen. Een topper die we ons lang gaan blijven herinneren! Erik (Westerlo, België)

Week-end de 3 jours très agréable dans une superbe maison d'architecte, les photos correspondent tout à fait au descriptif de l'annonce.Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Je recommande vivement c'est villa pour un séjour au calme dans une villa fonctionnelle et moderne.

Villa moderne avec un paysage magnifique

La maison est moderne et bien située, le paysage est magnifique avec les montagnes et l’environnement est calme. C’est dommage que l’éclairage de la piscine ne fonctionne pas et que la planche ne soit pas très propre. Le propriétaire est agréable avec des bons conseils, je recommande cette location.
