This high-standing villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It offers all the amenities needed for a peaceful holiday:

Living Space: A vast, cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, along with a large dining table for 10 people.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors: A well-maintained garden and a majestic secured pool (open from June 15th to September 15th).

Wellness: A sauna is available (off-peak season, from September 15th to May 30th) at a rate of €30 per entry for 5 people.

Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Torreilles, Canet-en-Roussillon, Sainte-Marie, and Saint-Cyprien, the villa is also an ideal starting point to explore the region:

House Rules
To ensure the peace of the neighborhood and the quality of your stay, please respect the following rules:

Guest Profile: House reserved exclusively for families. Groups of young people, parties, and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Located in a calm residential area. Respect for neighbors is required 24/7. Loud music is forbidden outside the house.

Occupancy: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional undeclared person may lead to the cancellation of the stay or a €150 per week penalty (payable on-site).

Visitors: Day visitors must be approved by the owners at the time of booking.

Maintenance: To ensure optimal service, a technician may access the outdoor areas (garden and pool) without prior notice between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The exterior gates do not lock to allow this access.

Cleanliness: The barbecue, oven, and pool must be left clean. Trash must be placed in closed bags and deposited in the outdoor containers.

Check-in/Check-out: Arrival from 4:00 PM | Departure by 10:00 AM.
