Zula Life vacation home is featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 16 people and has a beautiful private backyard with a heated pool and hot tub!

The beach is literally down the street and Pompano beach access is just a short 3min walk.

Kitchen is recently renovated and is fully loaded with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, dual coffee maker and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining table.

AMAZING 31’ Private Pool & Spa can be heated with additional fee. It’s $50/night for Pool & Spa or $35/night for spa only. Pool heating fee paid separately after you book. We can not offer partial stay heating. We can heat the pool to 86f and spa up to 100f.

Pack & Play available. We do not provide crib sheets, blankets or mattress but feel free to bring your own.

Memory foam mattresses in all beds and bunks, for a good night sleep.

Smart HD TVs in all rooms with all you can watch Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and more.

Also available:
- Super High-Speed internet (300mbps) with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard.
- Washer and Dryer.
- 5 burner gas grill (propane provided) for great cookouts.
- Seating area with picnic table.

PLEASE NOTE:
If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.

Other things to note:
No more than 18 people are allowed on the property at any given time.
No Parties or events are allowed.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
No loud music or amplified sound that can be heard outside of the house.
If the majority of adults in your group are under 25yr, we require $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.
If no one in your group is 21yr we do not allow alcohol on the property.
