Drive up to DESTINation Paradise and feast your eyes upon this opulent home’s all-white exterior and veranda style balconies. Parking is made easy with spaces available for up to five vehicles. Step into the first floor and take in the home’s clean and modern décor; each room is tasteful and unique and features hardwood flooring. Hosted on this floor are the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, primary suite, bunkroom and deck that overlooks the lake.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all seamlessly connected with an open floor plan. Prepare your favorite snacks to nosh on in the fully equipped kitchen, decorated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, or watch your favorite movies in the plush living room.

Then, venture up to the second floor and find an additional primary suite, the third and fourth bedrooms, and a second living area. You'll also find two more decks, one with an amazing view of the lake and a peek at the ocean. Have your morning coffee on the upper back deck and hear the birds chirping.

Great getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation. The house was amazing; the online photos did not do it justice. The quaint neighborhood was beautiful and quiet (sans construction Nextdoor). The proximity to the clear water and sugary white sands of the beach was perfect. Everything we needed was really close by, as well. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing!

Absolutely loved this place. It exceeded our expectations. The location was quite and relaxing, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was very spacious. Highly recommend for a nice family vacation. We will definitely be back!

Worth every penny!

Our group of 4 adults and 6 kids had an amazing time in Destin! This was largely in part due to the house and its location. It was a very short walk to the beach every day. The pool was a great feature for cooling down after the beach. We enjoyed the amount of space in the house and cooked our meals there every night!

A wonderful weekend!

The home was perfect for our family and the kids loved the pool. We never could get any of the TVs to work but that wasn't a big deal for our family. We were there to spend time together and enjoy each other so disconnecting from television too was to a bad thing. Beautiful home, great location and a terrific vacation!

Family Paradise

Exceeded our already high expectations. Front yard pool was used much more than we anticipated. 5-minute walk to a beautiful not too crowded beach. Good shopping nearby. Great place to walk. 5 bedrooms, each with a bath. 4 porches. Kitchen and living area facilitated the interaction of our 16.

Beautiful

This home lives up to it’s description. It was simply beautiful! Extremely spacious, you can easily sleep 20+ (especially if you have small kids). There were a few things you shouldn’t have to deal with considering the amount you pay to rent but overall, we will definitely be booking again. The atmosphere truly felt like paradise!

Family vacation

The property mgt company was fantastic and very responsive. The property was perfect for our large extended family. The only negative was the oven wouldn’t hold temperature but they did come out to review as soon as I made them aware. Hopefully it gets corrected for the next family. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious House, Great Neighborhood

We spent a family vacation here- 16 of us. If you like peace and quiet, the house is in a great location! It's down a quiet street with winding sidewalks and old trees, but you can still walk to the beach- even with four year olds. The house is spacious with expansive counter space and enough room for everyone to sit and eat at the same time. Another bonus- even though the house is big, it's only two story. (I've noticed many Destin houses that hold 16 people are usually three story and it's not fun to constantly scramble three stories when you're looking for a kid's shoe or jacket). I would definitely stay here again!

Nice home close to the beach

This home worked well for our multigenerational family. It was close to the beach and the pool was a great asset particularly during the red flag alerts at the beach. There was enough room to hang out together as well as spread out into smaller groups. The home is a little more worn than the photos show but nothing that is not typical at a beach house. There were some maintenance issues with the home when we checked in. The customer service at Southern Vacation Rentals was outstanding. They addressed the issued that could be immediately addressed and fixed the other issues as soon as they possibly could.

Great house for groups

Had a great stay! The size and layout of the house was perfect. Each family had their own bathroom which was key. The kitchen and living area was generous and kept us all together without feeling cramped. Pool was very small but adequate for the kids. We chose to heat it, which we were glad we did, but it was very expensive (550.00 for 6 days) so work that into your budget if you want it done. My only frustration was that - although 500 yards from the beach— there was not beach access at that point- so we did drive a very short distance each day to take our stuff. Didn’t change our enjoyment- but something to be aware of. The access to the bikes were great- all kids enjoyed them thoroughly. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

Our stay here was great! The home was beautiful. We had a house full but there was room for everyone. One suggestion would be to have blinds or shades on the front windows. There was no privacy with the window open at night. If they faced the back of the house, it wouldn't have been as bad. Another thing is that we didn't notice on the website that the pool was in the front. We also felt no privacy at the pool area. You might want to make a note of that. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back.

I will never rent from this company again

We travel a lot for business and pleasure, and I’ve booked Air B & B/VRBOs dozens of times. Ranging from small 2 bedroom condos, to mansions that will sleep 60 people. I’ve never left a bad review on a single one, but this was ridiculous. It started with a pouring down rainstorm and we landed early, so I messaged them requesting an earlier check in if available to get out of the storm. They said they would get back to us and never did. We drove by and no one was there, it was empty and ready for us but they would not allow us in until 4pm and the door code was on a timer that ended up not working until 4:03. They’re extremely transactional and had terrible customer service. We ended up having less people staying in the house than what I reserved, we were running low on toilet paper by the second day. When I messaged them asking where more rolls were, they responded with they only provide one roll per bathroom. With a house that was booked for 15 adults and 5 bathrooms, all they had was those tiny cheap rolls, and only 1 in each bathroom. The first day we planned to go down to the beach I couldn’t find beach towels anywhere. So I messaged and asked, because this is a beach property rental with a pool (which was not very clean by the way,) They responded that they do not provide those either. I’ve never once stayed in a beach or lake property rental with a pool, that you have to bring or buy your own towels for. There were cockroaches in the master on the first floor. There was sand in 3 of the beds when we arrived, so clearly they do not strip and wash them. There were empty beer cans next to the pool when we arrived. They do not provide ANYTHING, even the dish soap they give you is small 1-2 time use disposable package, so you can’t really do dishes and clean up any cooking mess either. They do not have the basics like salt and pepper, or coffee, or coffee filters. Or even hand soap. We had reserved the house for 15 women, there ended up only being 12 of us. I wouldn’t recommend renting this house at all, but I definitely would not if you’re traveling with children. The house is beautiful inside, but the outside does not look nearly as nice in person and the view is not at all what they show online. It’s unfortunate because this property could be an incredible rental if they cleaned up a bit and had the smallest amount of customer service.

This house was amazing! There were 12 of staying for the week and we all had so much bathroom and bedroom space.There was one minor issue with outside water pipe and it was fixed SO fast.There were bikes available for use and the beach was a block away. Highly recommended property.

Destin for Fun

We loved the house. It was a short walk to the beach and had private access. There were a few things broken at the house but they didn't affect our stay. It's a beautiful house and great for big groups. We loved the trundle beds in a few rooms. They were perfect for the little kids.

Lovely property in a great location.

Beautiful property, less than 3 minutes (walking distance) to the private beach access. It would be perfect if the upkeep was better managed. (i.e. pressure washing, attention to detail). It was hard to enjoy the front porch and balconies due to the amount of insect clusters/nest plastered on the walls, windows and ceilings. We couldn't open the windows because the sills were filled with them. The kitchen didn't have any dish cloths or towels. The 1 measuring cup didn't have any readable measurements and no keurig coffee maker. Management was able to provide the bike codes immediately when I called which is a plus. Although this should have been take care of prior to any arrival, I did not mention the insect/balcony issue on that call because I did not want anyone to come out during COVID so therefore management was not aware nor were they given the opportunity to address this.
