Enjoy this brand new 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with private pool. Located in one of Orlando's best resort communities: Storey Lake. Less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World!!!

Step into the nice open living and dining room concept with elegant furnishings and enjoy the view of your own private pool.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make preparing a delicious meal for your family a breeze. The dining area has a table and seating for ten and the breakfast bar in the kitchen can seat three guests at stools.

The loft area on the second floor offers all the comfort to enjoy a movie or just spend time with your family.

This villa features a master bedroom with a king bed and it's own bathroom.

The 2nd master suite has another king bed and it's own en suite bathroom with his and her sink and a walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom.

For the children there's a gorgeous Mickey themed bedroom with a single and a full beds.

Finally, the last bedroom teen themed features a bunk and single bed and make that this beautiful home comfortably sleeps 12.

This villa has it's own private pool, covered outdoor sitting space and a game room with air hockey table.
**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**


Storey Lake is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the best sites in Orlando. However, you don't have to leave the resort in order to find plenty to do - Storey Lake offers a swimming pool with a lazy river, two water slides, splash pad, beach area, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and other outdoor sports. Guests also have access to the poolside café, clubhouse, fitness facility and business center.

The home was verry comfortable for my group, and the access to the nearby parks was easy. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive to questions . I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay at the same location again.

Ideal vacation home for Disney! Rooms were clean and property was up to date. We loved the club house and the kids loved the slide. Only complaint was the hot tub is not heated and the dishwasher didn’t work.

Our stay was perfect. The house was bigger than we thought with plenty of room for two families. The location was perfect to get to the main pool, just a short walk. And there were plenty of restaurants within just a short drive.

Overall the houses was lovely. Great location to the parks. Only thing I would suggest is more toiletries. Other then that. It was a great stay and the kids loved it.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and immaculate. Walking in to jazz music playing was a good touch! And all of the place settings were out and beautifully placed. I guess my 2 complaints would be that the master bath shower leaked outside the shower badly and the floor was always soaked and the hot tub did not work. It was colder than the pool. We were too busy for me to reach out to the house manger to have these fixed though. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The perfect place for a family vacation!

False advertisement on the hot tub from the beginning. The listing mentions purchasing heat for the pool but no information about the spa part. When I inquired about it, I was informed that we needed to not only add the heating for the pool, but also pay an activation fee on top of it. After I spoke with them about it, he ensured me that the hot tub would work as long as we paid. Well, that wasn’t true. First night after it was “activated”, I assumed it probably just didn’t have enough time to heat up so I let that slide. Then the second night after it was activated, nope - the hot tub was still cold. I inquired about a partial refund, which I was told that it would be looked into, but never heard anything back. 200 charge for the hot tub to work for 2 out of the 4 nights. I had no problem paying, it was more the principle for how it’s listed in the ad that should have waved any fees, but nope it was my fault for not reading it as it was intended. We also were never provided a gate code for the community, the exit gate was always open so that’s the route we took to get in every time after dark. The “driveway” was horrible to park our truck as it is shared with the neighbor and awkwardly designed as there is no straight in parking available. Had to utilize multipoint turns in order to get in the driveway. House was nice and clean, however. The couch in the living room was also horribly uncomfortable.

Great location, well kept, close to Disney!

My husband and I, our two year old, and two of our friends and their spouses stayed here for a 4 night Disney trip. Property was in great condition, everything was clean and well maintained, and location was ideal for what we needed! We slept in the master bedroom upstairs and the bed was very comfortable. We also paid to heat the pool, as our trip was in Feb, and it heated to an amazingly warm temp, perfect for an evening dip after all day at the parks with a toddler! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great location

We enjoy the location and cleanliness of the property. Only thing was the water heater. After 3 showers we lose hot water. We have to wait for the hot water to come back on.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Loved the heated pool and hot tub. The house was incredible. Much bigger than pictures suggest. Kitchen with Keurig and large refrigerator was a plus. Pool towels are included. We didn't have to buy any toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags for our stay unlike other units at this resort we've stayed in. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, but living room furniture could definitely be improved. Overall, we loved this house and the location was perfect! 2 doors from exit of resort waterpark. When we come back we will definitely want to book this house.What a wonderful experience.
