Everything was great we enjoyed our stay very relaxing we loved to sit on the back porch an watch the kids swim it was a much needed family vacation the was very clean other than some dust in spots would book with them again we had 11 people an you couldn’t tell in this house

There were crumbs and dirty paper towels under the couch.We had issues and the host did not do anything until we were about to leave.Pool was not cleaned.Several roaches were crawling around downstairs.Ice machine did not work. Family friendly just too many issues and the host acted like they did not care.

The property is very spacious, it can fit lots of people. However, we rented a house with a pool and we couldn’t use the pool, it was full of bugs floating around and many more dead in the bottom of the pool.The management did get back to me but only to tell me that it’s seasonal and that they cleaned it on schedule. We shared videos and pictures that showed otherwise. I’ve rented many Orlando homes and have never seen a pool with that many bugs, scores of them, not just the incidental dead mosquito, bee or spider. Rent it for the spacious accommodation, not for the pool. Indoor cleanliness I’d say it’s 5 of 10 with some dead roaches, stained coaches and swept under beds dirt.
