STOWELL HOUSE - Historical charmer steps from downtown

The historical Stowell House, built in 1888, is located right in the heart of downtown. The house has all the old charm with the conveniences of modern amenities. Relax and enjoy Paso pool side in your private backyard pool, walk downtown to all the local hotpots or wine taste! What every you decide to do during your stay in Paso we know you'll be comfortable at the Stowell House!

The property includes two house (rented together). The main house has four upstairs bedrooms, two sleeper sofas (downstairs) and three newly renovated full bathrooms. Just a few steps away is a charming detached pool house that has one bedroom and one bathroom. Both houses have full kitchens and laundry.

Perfect house

This house was perfect for our short weekend stay. It was clean, cute and quaint. Casey and Caroline were super nice when messaging them and very responsive. Would love to stay here again if and when we come back to beautiful Paso Robles!! We had 10 people and the house worked for us perfectly!

The property was lovely. It was just as described and the location was great. We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with family and friends who travelled in and it was a great weekend.

Great for our group of 9 cycling friends

Fantastic cycling right from the house. This property is right at the bottom of the Peachy Canyon climb. It was perfect for our group. Would have been nice to have a heated hot tub though. Thanks so much.

Beautiful, spacious and great location

The Stowell House was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Paso Robles! We had 4 adult couples staying for an extended weekend and loved our VRBO choice. After visiting wineries during the day, we were able to come home and walk to/from dinner every evening. The yard was spacious and had ample seating to enjoy in the afternoon/early evening. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms available for all 8 adults. Would definitely choose this house to stay at again.

Fab Wedding Weekend

Group of friends stayed here Fri - Sun for a wedding. It was the best decision and added so much fun to our trip! The historic house was such an added bonus, the brave ones went for a dip in the pool (in October), & plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed breakfast & dinner together, and couldn’t say enough about the house! Loved the history & the fact that we made memories in it to add to the 100+ years of people enjoying it. Thank you so much for the stay, I highly recommend!
