This home is located on the south end of Maple Beach in Point Roberts, WA, only 35 minutes from Vancouver, BC. Offers expansive waterfront views with sensational sunrises in the morning and a mesmerizing display of twinkling stars and distant lights of Canada in the evening. You will enjoy watching all the resident eagles while you relax on the deck directly on the beach. Forever sands is located at the end of a shared private access road, so those seeking a peaceful, minimal traffic setting will find it absolutely perfect!

75 feet of private beachfront to enjoy beach dining, lounging or evening fires. This home brings luxury and comfort together to make an unforgettable beach vacation!

Up to 2 DOGS may be considered outside of July & August on an individual basis, pre-approval in advance is necessary. No large, aggressive or noisy dogs allowed. There will be an additional $25 per night charged to cover the additional cleaning that is always necessary. Approval before booking is mandatory.

This is perfect for families, girls trip, mature guys trips, couples. This is not a party place or event rental, only exceptions being explicitly granted by myself. Space for 3 vehicles only. You will love standing in the living room at high tide seeing nothing but water below & at low tide seeing sand as far as your eyes can see. The proximity to the Ferries, Tsawwassen Mills shopping centre & Big Splash Waterpark & Bald Eagle Golf Course. So much to see & do."

We had an incredible long weekend and very much enjoyed the house and setting. The views were unmatchable. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Ruscheinski Family Get Away!

We snuck away from Langley for a couple of nights with a last-minute booking. Everything was great. The kids loved it. The big screen and Sonos stereo were great for movies for the kids to pass out to after a day on the beach. Hosts were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Bird Watcher’s Paradise

The home is absolutely lovely and beautifully appointed. Seven adults, three children, and room for all. The ocean is literally RIGHT THERE. The highlight for us was the amazing display of bald eagle activity…literally, at times, just feet away. Great Blue Herons fish within sight. An amazing memory!!!!

Forever Sands is Forever Wonderful!

We had. fabulous time at this location. Great communication with all parities involved, My dad was so excited to bring my mom and loved it ...He told me within the first hour to book it for next year! The beds are so comfy. I slept better there than I do at home. Lots of room. Beautiful open house, It was the perfect location for my family who lives there to visit us. I lost my car keys while I was there, and they have been so nice trying to find then for me. I just want to thank the owners for putting this house on the VRBO market, and I hope it is still available next year! it was so PERFECT all the way around, can't wait to go back!

Family get away

Beautiful home that was able to accommodate our adult children and grandchildren. Located on the beach with raised decks which were spectacular. Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. Home is very modern with great wifi and many automated features. Kids loved the Bluetooth sound bar and other electronic devices. Owners are reachable and absolutely fantastic to deal with. This is a hidden gem. We will definitely consider a return visit in the future.

Spectacular

The house and setting are fabulous. The house- immaculate with lots of extra touches like rain shower heads, chargers by the beds, fancy bath products. The second floor is where we spent all our time when indoors. The wall of windows so close to the water made it feel like we were in a boat with water as far as we could see. Kitchen was extremely well stocked- even tools we don’t usually find in rentals such as a ninja blender and a scale, and plenty of staples. Loved having coffee or working on the deck (great wifi). The setting- what can I say??! The house is nearly at the end of the road. An RV parked right next door meant there wasn’t privacy, per se, but the neighbors were super friendly and because of the end of the road location, there was almost nobody else out when we swam, boated, or sat on the beach deck. The magical unexpected surprise was that at low tide, the water goes out almost a mile leaving acres of sandbar and tide pools to explore. The water varied from truly warm and smooth as glass to cold and windy enough for kite surfers. We were glad we brought our paddle boards and got lots of use. Would be nice if the host had kayaks and boards for use as there isn’t any where to rent. Host was incredibly responsive at all hours and went beyond expected to make sure our stay was great. We definitely hope to come back!!

Very relaxing Vibe

This is an incredible spot to enjoy some peace and quiet, and get back in touch with nature. Our large family was more than comfortable here, all four of my children can’t wait to come back, and neither can my husband and I. It was the most relaxed we’ve been in years. Karen was wonderful to deal with and I would happily come back, and happily recommend it .

Karen was a terrific host, very responsive. The home was lovely. It was well appointed, especially the kitchen. There was lots of space for our large family. The beach is wide and beautiful at low tides. I'd definitely come back next time we are in the area.

AMAZING

This home exceeded our anticipation! Pictures are absolutely what you see when you arrive. Our interaction with Hugh leading up to our stay was prompt, professional and he addressed every concern in a timely manner. Hugh went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be perfect. This getaway was perfect for that 'leave it all behind' time you are in need of. We woke up each day in awe of the expanse view from the massive living room windows. The walks on the beach were incredible, an eagles paradise, hundreds and hundreds of them, hiking, trails, quaint local eating options. The home itself is stunning. Tastefully decorated and homey and loaded with everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and we woke up refreshed ~ how could we not! We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for the privilege of allowing us to share this amazing spot you have!

Terrific Beach HOuse!!!

I loved this Beach House Property!! It went above and beyond what I expected! I had not felt so cozy and relaxed in a very long time. I had realized that I had not looked at the clock the entire trip.....WOW! We had a family getaway that met all our expectations and beyond. It was so incredible...………..the ocean at out front door...the smell of sea air! In the morning while sitting on the beach/veranda chairs sipping coffee whilst the eagles circled above making calls along with the ravens and blue herons, watching below folks digging several varieties of clams at low tide on the far out tide of the beach below..

Quiet, view-ful location in a well appointed home

We were 6 art journaling friends on our annual retreat and we would happily book this lovely beach house again. We hit a perfect weather weekend so we were taking in not only the 180+ degree views from the house, but we also enjoyed walks with the surround sound of eagles, gulls, cormorants, shorebirds, harlequin ducks, etc. This property is in a very quiet area of Point Roberts - a real find! Mount Baker and the Canadian north shore mountains are in view for your enjoyment when the weather is favourable. The house is very well appointed - you will lack for nothing. If you want, you can cook a gourmet meal, settle by the fireplace to read with good lighting, check out the birds with binoculars, choose from a variety of board games, and then end the day with rest in comfortable beds. It's unusual to find a home that has 3 sleeping locations with ocean views + your main living areas, whether you are upstairs or down - maximum use of windows to take it all in. The home owner was very responsive, kind and great to deal with. A definite recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for!

My husband, two children, and I came for a quiet family filled vacation and rented the entire house. A group of 8 ladies spent the weekend celebrating our friends 50th birthday in October at "Forever Sands". I have no words to describe how amazing this holiday home was! It was beyond our expectations and even though the pictures look amazing on the site, it was even better in person with the most breath-taking views of the ocean and access to the beach right outside the front door. We could not get enough of this home and how beautiful it is and absolutely loved our stay! First of all Karen, the owner is the nicest person I have dealt with and she answered any questions immediately and was so helpful. The house was immaculate when we arrived and Karen had everything set up for us. The personal touches were so appreciated and it is so lovely to have the beach patio and fire-pit right outside the house. The ladies also loved the extra touches of the candles, spa shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We felt like we were on our own spa retreat. It is so quiet and relaxing so if you need a break and some R&R this home is the best. The house is large and well stocked with everything you need. We had so much fun and we were so sad to leave this home but we all decided we will be back! We live in North Vancouver so it was easy access to get to it. It was heaven on earth and Karen is the best host ever. We were so glad to find this gem and appreciate Karen sharing it with others. Best VRBO I have stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough - Love, love, love, love this gorgeous home!

Amazing weekend away

Karen's place was amazing. Seven of us went down for the weekend for a last minute get-away. The views from the living room and kitchen were breath-taking. Access to the beach is right out the front door. There is a small beach patio to relax on, as well as a small fire pit to have beach fires. The house is quite large and well supplied with amenities that make you feel at home. Karen is an excellent host and great communicator, which makes you feel very welcome. She was extremely fast to reply to all of our inquiries. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Amazing Home, Amazing Beach, Amazing View

Our family recently stayed at Forever Sands and we had a WONDERFUL time. The home was immaculate and the owner, Karen, was incredibly gracious and made herself available at all times for any questions or concerns. We use VRBO for renting vacation homes for the summer but Karen's house was our all time favorite. The house is in a very quiet and family friendly location. You will see many families and children enjoying the beach during the day. The beach is truly unique. You can walk out far into the water and the water is still waist deep. The adults and children were able to use water floaties and just relax because of how calm the water was. We saw clams, crabs and a variety of different fish. Definitely bring your snorkels! We loved being able to enjoy the beauty of the beach while eating our meals. Karen's house has an amazing view of the water and at night you can hear the gentle sound of the waves. The weather was amazing and she has an area where you can have a bonfire right on the beach. The house was immaculately clean and her kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans for anything you may want to cook. My family and I highly recommend Forever Sands for it's beauty, peacefulness and wonderful hostess, Karen.
