spacious house in quiet area with gorgeous pool for family

The house was clean. It was a very spacious house with enough room for all. We were a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. And a dog. He was also welcome. The aircon worked fine. the beach is only 10 mins walk away. the area is very quiet, few cars. only bikes would have been the cherry on the cake. The pool is really good and big.

Tout s'est extrêmement bien passé. La communication avec l'hôte est rapide et efficace, et l'arrivée avec l'échange de clé sans contact fut idéale pour nous, ça nous permis d'arriver sans stress malgré les aléas du trajet.La propriété est bien entretenue et bien équipée, on voit qu'elle est habitée hors saison, ce qui fait qu'il ne manque rien à l'équipement. La déco est sympa, et les chambres et la salle de bain rénovées sont vraiment belles. La climatisation dans le salon et dans les chambres fonctionne à merveille et permet de passer des bonnes nuits malgré la canicule à l'extérieur.Le jardin est petit mais bien suffisant, et la piscine est dans un excellent état, avec une pente progressive et un escalier intégré, c'es top. Quand on a localisé le levier rouge pour activer le jet d'eau de la piscine, on bénéficie d'une fontaine très agréable! Il y a aussi un fusible pour activer l'éclairage du jardin, ça donne une atmosphère conviviable pour un barbecue/plancha en soirée :-)La véranda en communication directe avec la cuisine et le jardin bénéficie d'une belle grande table, c'est vraiment pratique d'accèss, on y a pris tous les repas. Bref, très une belle semaine dans une villa bien entretenue et rénovée, merci Jérôme!

Das Haus wahr sehr schön und klimatisiert. In den Schlafzimmern sowie Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es gab einen sehr schönen Pool und Garten für unsere Hunde war hervorragend. Wir hatten nur festgestellt das es wenig Tassen gab und die Messer hätten etwas schärfer sein können. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen, besonders angenehm bei Temperaturen um die 30 C

Der Pool war Jahreszeit bedingt noch frisch aber super, die Umgebung ruhig und angenehm, das Haus hatte alles was man braucht, alles vorhanden, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm und unproblematisch. Top!

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances formidable dans cette villa spacieuse et très agréable, nichée dans un quartier résidentiel calme. La piscine était impeccable et l’espace parfaitement adapté pour accueillir tout le monde confortablement. Das Haus ist schön gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Strand ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in 5 Minuten.Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man zum gelungenen Urlaub braucht, alle Wohnräume verfügen über eine Klimaanlage- wichtig in den heißen Sommermonaten.Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell geholfen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Le Grau de Roi

Der Aufenthalt war sehr, sehr schön ! Haus und Pool, wunderbar.Mittelmeer finden wir weniger schön als die franz. Atlantik Küste. Nicht so schön war das 2 x Familien vor der Tür standen, welche das Haus ebenfalls gebucht hatten, allerdings wurden diese betrogen … Schön das wir hier über Fewo gebucht haben.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben eine Woche in Grau du Rois verbracht und uns sehr wohl im Ferienhaus gefühlt. Es fehlte uns an nichts, es war sehr sauber. Unsere 3 Kinder (6 bis 10 Jahre) haben sich in Garten und Pool gut amüsiert. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter
