Gîte très bien placé, une supérette et une pizzeria a proximité, avec 3 chambres séparées pour 6 personnes c est idéal, de nombreux livres et jouets pour les enfants.

Nous avons été accueillis par Agathe, très sympathique et avec qui la communication a été très facile.Maison tres agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. Elle est tres bien équipée et très propre. Bien située, elle est proche à pied des premiers commerces et de la plage.En un mot, nous recomandons sans hésiter cette location.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel

Maison tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, avec tout le nécessaire à dispo. On est à côté de la plage, il y a des commerces tout proche et le centre ville a 15 min à pied. Idéal pour un séjour avec des enfants !

Nous avons eût un litige pour le nettoyage que nous avons fait. Probablement quelques tâches oubliées, quelques verres laissées (on ne savait pas où les mettre). Laissé un carton de pizzas près du barbecue volontairement pour allume feu. Sous pretexte que le nettoyage a été mal fait, l'hôte nous a débité 95 euros pour le nettoyage. Le délire pour un appartement de 60 m2 et nettoyé. 95 euros c'est 6 à 9 heures de nettoyage (salaire horaire en France 10 à 15 euros). CELA FRISE L'ARNAQUE. Sinon l'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé, bien situé dans un domaine privé et sécurisé. Quelques commerces, restaurant et une plage familiale à 10 mn à pied.S. Garmi de Lausanne (Suisse)

Bonjour, il y a effectivement eu un litige sur le ménage de fin de séjour qui n’a visiblement pas été réalisé malgré ce qu’indique le vacancier. C’est la première fois que ce genre de litige arrive. Pour le reste , je remercie le vacancier pour l’avis général sur le logement.

Un sejour à renouveler

Un interieur adapté à tous nos besoins et faisant l'objet d'une decoration soignée.A l'exterieur tranquillité assurée dans le patio.L'environnement est très calme du fait de la conception de la residence rejetant à l'exterieur toute circulation automobile.Plage et commerces accessibles à pied rendant la voiture non necessaire.

Excellente expérience.

Appartement avec patio, barbecue, et parking sécurisé spacieux, très propre, pratique. Très bien equipé, décoré. Volets, climatisation. Très calme . Une literie parfaite pour d’excellentes nuits. À proximité de la plage, de nombreux commerces, du centre. Excellentes visites à Arles et Aigües mortes.J’avais oublié de dire que notre accueil a été parfait. Nous vous recommandons.

Réveillon jour de l an 2024

Nous sommes allés au reveillon équestre au Grau du Roi, et avons residé 3 nuits dans cet appartement très bien situé, propre, bien agencé. Les chambres assez grandes . La propriétaire sympathique est joignable au téléphone. Super séjour entre amis. Je conseille vivement

Notre coup de coeur du moment, maison propre et fonctionnelle et il y a plein de jouets et de jeux pour les enfants. La propriétaire se montre très disponible dès que nous en avions besoin.

Perfekt

Es war ein rund um schöner Urlaub. Agathe und ihr Mann haben uns alles zur Wohnung erklärt und die Übergabe war super. Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ort an sich ist sehr belebt, aber sehr schön. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank für alles Agathe :-)

Belle location pour un séjour au calme et au soleil

Belle location dans résidence fermée, moderne, bien décorée, au calme, bien située au Grau du Roi (tout est faisable à pied sans voiture qui a sa place attitrée) et super bien équipée. Agathe a été aux petits soins, un accueil parfait (possibilité d’entrée et de départ en autonomie). Bref !!! Conquis par cette location et c’est une adresse à ne pas rater…

Excellent plan vacances

Un logement fonctionnel, décoré avec soins, très bien équipé. Doté d'un barbecue et un coin cuisine extérieur. Proche de la plage et du centre ville. On a passé un bon séjours en famille dans un confort appréciable. Le descreptif correspond au réel. Je recommande cette location pour tous ceux qui cherche un logement paisible et fonctionnel. Un super séjour

L’appartement est vraiment très jolie, très propre et bien équipé. Les 3 vrais chambres étaient appréciables pour avoir chacun son espace. Les jouets et livres à disposition on fait le bonheur de nos enfants. La résidence est très calme et agréable nous recommandons ce logement à mille pour-cent. Merci Agathe
