Our 8th floor condominium has unobstructed views of the Gulf of America.

Sandy Key is one of the largest beach front properties in the Florida Panhandle with over 790 feet of beach front. Our newly painted and furnished unit has a large private balcony overlooking sandy white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perdido Key was rated as the top 5 beaches by Conde Nast. Sandy Key is just a few minutes walk to the Gulf Island National Seashore with beautiful sand dunes and a variety of wildlife. Balcony sunrises and sunsets are stunning! Sandy Key's beach is a private beach for owners, renters and friends. Wrist bands are provided to allow only those owners, renters and guests are allowed on the beach.
Our condo has been completely remodeled and refurnished including custom draperies, flat screen HD TV's are in both bedrooms and living room. DVD provided in living room also. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Beautifully decorated kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and all kitchen essentials provided. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are provided in the condo.

Sandy Key has two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub, exercise room and tennis courts and the most beautiful beach on the Key.

We provide all linens including bedding, bath and kitchen towels. This is our personal condo that we think you will truly enjoy! Call Beth for details 281-466-9579

We had such a wonderful experience here! The views of the ocean were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was pure magic. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even during peak season, the complex and beach never felt overcrowded. Having access to the storage unit on the first floor for beach chairs, etc. was especially nice. The unit is well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Dealing with the owner (Beth) leading up to our stay, was easy as well. I will definitely look to book this condo in the future.

This is our 2nd time at the complex and first time at this condo. Place was as advertised and fairly well equipped. Large balcony with great views. Owner was very nice and responsive. Everything was great. The icing on the cake was waking up to an amazing view every morning. The private beach access allowed space and comfort for the kids to enjoy the sand. We prepared our own meals and had everything we needed. Never had to wait for the elevator to get to the top floor. Would definitely stay again!

WONDERFUL SPRING BREAK

Overall the condo was very nice, very clean. We loved being on the 8th floor for the view. Pools were nice, gym was great. This was our 4th time staying at Sandy Key and I believe I would definitely rent this one again. Owners were a delight to chat with and answer all questions and were quick to reply with a small glitch we had. Other than that, this place is awesome. The swings overlooking the beach is one of my favorite places to be.
