Beautiful view from master bedroom and large unobstructed balcony. Location is perfect as you are close to the grocery store, many wonderful restaurants and shopping in nearby Orange Beach. The indoor pool was very nice on chilly days. There were a couple of minor maintenance items that need addressing but the management company was quick to respond to any issues we had and were great to work with. The condo itself was very clean but the living room furniture was worn and dirty. A few improvements would make this condo exceptional.

This condo was very well outfitted. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The beds were super comfy and the balcony was quite large. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds, quiet, beautiful sunsets and appreciated the beach cabana rental. Close to Publix for the best key lime pie and the seafood shop under the bridge for the best Gulf Royal Reds.

Nice beachfront condo

Easily the best thing about this condo is the large balcony. It looks directly on the beach and also has an uncovered area for looking at the sky or getting sun. The unit is a bit smaller than the pictures would show, but fully stocked and in excellent shape. I will definitely stay here again.

Perdido trip

This was by far one of the bast vacations we've had. The balcony was amazing. We spent most of our time either there or at the beach. Condo was squared away and check in was a breeze. Perfect location, down the road from Florabama. We will definitely be back in the future.

Amazing Bonus Balcony Views

We have been staying in Perdido Sun condos for many, many years. All units we have stayed in have been great! BUT, unit 916 is extra! The additional balcony is amazing and has breathtaking sunset views. The kitchen in this unit is the best by far of all the units we have stayed in. We will definitely be renting this unit again! Thank you, Owner and Luxury Coast Rentals for a wonderful vacation!

Love Perdido Sun but condo furniture and drapes very dirty.

We love staying at Perdido Sun and had a great time during our stay this year. However, the living room furniture was quite dirty, in fact we covered the couch with a bedspread and put towels on the chairs it was so bad. The drapes were really dirty also. We even saw a couple of roaches the day before we left and the washer and dryer should be replaced. The cleaning people, however, had done a very good job and this will not keep us from staying at Perdido Sun in the future. We are not usually complainers but thought these problems should be pointed out.
