Beautiful direct ocean front views from the second floor.
Granite countertops, stainless steel, fully equipped kitchen, free high speed internet, king size bed in master, tile floors, washer and dryer, 2 Bedroom 2 full bath . Condo Association requires a $150 non-refundable HOA application fee to be submitted 30 days prior to arrival. Application will be provided upon rental request.
Complex has 2 heated pools directly on ocean , 2 brand new tennis/ pickle courts. 2 saunas, 2 fish cleaning stations , car wash, gated community, brand new clubhouse with fully equipped gym, BBQ.Steps to private beach.You will be awed by the view and won't want to leave.

PS: We have another getaway in Nettles Island, however this apartment is where we hope to retire one day. Our house is your house!

Nice Property

Easy check-in, relaxed area, nice and clean property, true to the pictures. Great place for kids with beach access and the pool. Bigger kids would also be able to enjoy pickle ball, bacci ball and surf casting. Overall, a nice place.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was wonderful and I met some really nice people whom lived or were vacationer like me. The condo was one of the most equipped places I ever rented. I would return. Thank you to my host.

Sand Dollar Stay

We are always grateful that the description and photos of the listed property and condominium is exactly the way it is when you arrive, as this stay was. It was well stocked with enough extras that guests might need, especially in the kitchen. It also had Beach items for guest use in the closet. The Property owner is attentive and easy to reach by cell or text. Nice, quiet unit with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay there again!

Summer get away

The building the condo is in was perfect right next to the pool and walk way to the beach. Everyone there (owners and renters) were extremely friendly and family oriented. The condo had everything you would need with a kitchen fully stocked - there wasn’t anything I wish it had. Condo was very comfortable, I was able to relax and enjoy. The only thing I wished was for the bushes to be cut lower (which we heard the association was suppose to do) so you could see more of the beach while sitting on the porch. A great stay and would definitely go back and rent this condo again.

The condo was beautiful, clean and we had all we needed and more to feel at home. Great proximity to the beach and pool. The owner was very kind and commutative. It was a little challenging with phone reception and cell phone calls. Great place to unwind and relax!!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The condo was nicely decorated, very clean and you could tell it’s been nicely maintained and cared for. It also was packed with anything you may need for everyday living with nice modern appliances. The location was also perfect - it’s close to everything from restaurants to shops but not in an overly crowded location as such with other places in Florida. Lastly Diana was great and very fast at answering questions and providing helpful tips about the area.
