New 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located 2.9 miles from downtown Nashville. Two bedrooms upstairs with direct access to a full bath. Third bedroom on the main floor with direct access to a half bath. The sofa is also a queen sofa sleeper with sleeper bedding included. There are 3 covered porches with seating to enjoy the Nashville air. Delta Ave is a quiet street with many newly built homes just like this one. There is plenty of parking on the street but if you need to store your car for a longer stay, we do have a 1 car garage for storage.
Across the street is a fenced private property so your only neighbors are the ones along the same side. We are within a mile to interstate access and just under 2 miles to Germantown and under 3 miles to Broadway.
You have access to the entire home, fully decorated with all of the amenities of home. There is 1 King, 2 Queen beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. The Master has a small desk and chair in case you need to office while you are here. Master also has a large walk-in closet with shelving for temporary storage plus an additional double door closet. In the master bath there is a double vanity and large walk-in shower.
All bedrooms have linens and towels supplied for each guest. Alarm clocks and bed side table lamps for night reading. The two bedrooms upstairs have TVs. There are hotel sized shampoo and conditioners and a hair dryer for each bathroom.
The kitchen has a full compliment of dishes, pots, pans, silverware and cooking utensils. There is a Keurig with a complimentary assortment of coffee, tea, sugar & creamer. There is not much we have not thought of so we know you will enjoy you stay on Delta Ave.

Why they chose this property
It's new, it's hip and it's a great place to hang when staying from home. It's only a few miles to downtown or an 8-10 min cab ride so It's close but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. A minute to the interstate if you want to move around the city which means you have a few quick choices of food and coffee within 1/2 mile. It's a great way to be near all that Nashville offers but on a quiet street to relax when you want to kick back.
