We love the character of older homes and this one did not disappoint. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Also, did not realize what a vibrant area this place was tucked into. If we ever make t back to this area, would love to stay here again.

The home was complete with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of coffee, supplies were unlimited. Very quiet neighborhood and loved the porch. Host always responded within minutes. Very short drive to downtown Nashville. Backyard is very big and was perfect for our pet. Will stay again next year.

Great Stay for Disc Golf

A group of friends and I booked this little house for our tournament weekend and it was perfect! There was a bed for everyone, nice amenities and laundry machines! A big plus for us. Definitely will stay here again when we’re in town :)

The property was very nice and clean. The bedrooms all had their own TV and there was a TV in the living room. There is not a door from the house into the backyard, which would have been nice, since the property has a nice large backyard. The house is located in a nice and safe area with plenty of nice restaurants, little shops, and things to do.

Great place to stay. Very clean and felt safe. The only thing because parking is behind the house and in order to do this have to drive through a gate. It would be nice if the bar that is used to secure the gate when closed would be long enough to also secure the gate when opened. It was windy when I tried to go through the gate and it kept blowing shut as a result could not get my car out for fear the gate would hit my car. Had to call an uber instead. But other than that couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Host was great to work with too! 10/10

We were a family of 4 (2 adult children) + small dog. Clean, convenient, nice neighborhood. very hot in Nashville area and a/c worked fantastic. Short Uber or drive to Nissan stadium (nfl) and downtown broadway area; within nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee shop, bar and restaurants walking distance. We would return and stay again.

Comfy home, nice neighborhood

House was well appointed, nice coffee maker (though I had brought my own) there is a space to work and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning. The bathroom is tight but all fresh and updated. We had a little trouble getting the TV to work but promptly helped with a solution. Pet fee was a bummer but I would definitely stay here again
