Built in local stone is perched on the rocks in the middle of oaks and olive trees with a breathtaking view of the southern Ardèche and the start of the Ardèche gorges (visible in the distance).
The house is located in an environment where you can enjoy nature around with hiking or mountain biking trails.
For athletes, you will find on RUOMS canoe rental companies, canyoning, speleo and climbing outings.
Other occupations such as music concerts or cave visits (around Vallon pont d'arc), day and night markets are found in beautiful small surrounding villages, some of which are classified as Balazuc, Vogué.
This house (which is entirely reserved for you) will make you spend pleasant holidays and moments of relaxation with a magnificent infinity swimming pool (totally private) without any opposite. Comfortable house inside and out (summer kitchen: barbecue, pizza oven).
