The house is approx. 6000 sq ft and has three stories including the basement. Each floor has its own Central HVAC system. It was built in 2000 on almost an acre land that is only 5 mnts away from the Augusta National Golf course in a gated community that is the best available in Augusta area. The property includes an entertainment room with pool and Ping Pong table. Each bed room has a TV and also Comcast Broadband Wi-Fi connectivity. A large backyard with a back deck provides ample room for outdoor activities.
