Welcome to River Haven, a gorgeous and private, newly furnished home on the Russian River with 3 King-size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kids' loft, a home movie theater and close access to a neighborhood beach on one of the most scenic and private parts of the river.

This property sits right on the Russian River, visible from huge picture windows and a relaxing deck that lets you take in views of the water and surrounding landscape. The front yard sits in an ancient redwood grove, and the back an open sunny garden with wildflowers galore that stretch to the water. The little neighborhood in the trees, complete with its own historic post office, is walkable and quiet, and the local beach is a gem!

A wind-screened deck out back with patio seating and cafe lights makes for a tranquil riverview hangout for all ages, watching the birds in the daytime, enjoying a sunset at golden hour, or the stars at night.

Enjoy a chef's kitchen and farmhouse table -- perfect for creating and sharing memorable meals with those you love. Pull up a stool to the bar and chat with the cook, or retire to the cozy living room with high ceilings, a modern ambiance, fireplace and plush wool rugs. We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, and the house is extremely clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, which made cooking and spending time together really enjoyable. Our family felt comfortable throughout the stay.One thing to note is that the listing shows laundry availability, but there is actually no laundry on site, which was a bit misleading.Overall, we really enjoyed our time in this lovely home and appreciated the care that goes into keeping it so clean and well equipped.

Another excellent stay!

We have stayed here several times, and it always delivers! Even with a few rainy days this time around, the home was super cozy. And in both the rainy and sunny moments, we never tired of the river view and wildlife spotting. The home is clean and well equipped, and the location is great!

The house was impeccable! So incredibly clean and well appointed. The location is perfect. Calm and beautiful. Better than the pictures- we were blown away!

Great location & well stocked kitchen

This house is perfect, especially if you have young children. There is a lot of baby proofing throughout as well as a pack and play able to be used during the stay. There is a large loft with bunk beds, yoga mats, a projector, ping pong table and more. This house is a great home base to rest after a day at the river that is about a quarter mile walk away. The kitchen is very well stocked which made the stay even better. Definitely will plan on coming back!

Relaxing stay on the river

We had a great time at this rental house. Very spacious, cozy, had everything you could need. The views are lovely and the walk to the swimming beach is short and easy. My family had a great time. The only thing to note if you haven’t been to the area is that many restaurants are closed during the week- come prepared with food to cook. Would definitely stay again.

Another excellent stay!

We love staying here! Corinne is an outstanding host. The property is spotless and even better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, and place settings. Check-in and check-out are simple. The absolute highlights are the view of the river and the bird watching in the backyard! This was our third stay, and we already look forward to another visit in the future.

Great Labor Day Getaway

Wonderful house, very comfy beds with super soft sheets. Lovely open plan living area and deck with a view of the river. Fun games room upstairs. Just a 5 min walk down the road to the river. Calm and peaceful, about 20 mins to Jenner where we had a great hike. Very cute little fox that visited a couple of times. We would stay here again.

Great Russian River Property

This property had everything our family of five adults could need for a great visit to the Russian River. From the well appointed gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms with extremely comfortable king size beds, open dining and living room, along with a large upstairs game room. Outside a wonderful spacious deck with a peaceful park like view of the river. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate stay here again for future visits to the Russian River.

This house is really special. The loft was so much fun for our kids and the bedrooms were so comfortable. Everything you need is in the kitchen and it’s just a beautiful house. We loved it!!! The only downside is that it’s right on the river but you have to walk to the beach down the road to access the river. Hmmm. The neighbors had river access but we didn’t want to trespass. Not sure why there wasn’t a dock.

We all enjoyed the stay (three old guys). Beds were really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Two maintenance needs: The microwave didn't work and the water in toilet in the second bathroom ran slightly all the time.

Comfortable cabin that is difficult to find and difficult to get to. It’s on the river, but disappointing that you really can’t access the river from the property. Very well equipped!

This is such a wonderful property in all ways. It’s incredibly well stocked and maintained, and yet you don’t feel like you’re in someone’s private home. The owner is lovely and accommodating. There were some issues with the heat and they came immediately to tend to it. The location is other worldly, tucked into the redwoods. Yet one side of the house is completely exposed to light and views of the river. The best of cozy redwood vibes and California meadow scenery. I hope to return.

Getaway to wine country

Very nice, comfortable home with every thing we needed. Easy process for rental and quick responses when communicating with the property manager. If you are not used to the area the local road can be challenging, especially in the rain or at night.

Serene and comfortable

All the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Enjoyed the nearby beach and walking Armstrong Redwoods. We brought an inflatable row boat and could easily enter the river from the beach a short walk away. The place has everything needed and them some. No washer or dryer, so pack accordingly.

Beautiful home, well equipped, well taken care of, great location. We had a fantastic time.

Really good experience overall for our family gathering. We would definitely come back! The only thing is that while the property is River front, there is no direct access to the river. The public neighborhood beach is great, about a 5 minute walk.

Family Vacation

Location and size of property was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was very friendly. If you want to see the ocean, go hiking, go wine tasting, shop, go swim on the Russian River, this house if the perfect base.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Corrine’s place on the Russian River!! The place was very clean and had a beautiful view of the Russian River and trees. The home doesn’t have direct river access but there is a private beach just 10 houses down that we enjoyed! We loved the comfort of her home with most all of the amenities you would ever need. The home doesn’t have a washer and dryer but this was not a problem as we knew this from a previous reviewer and came prepared:) We LOVED the upstairs entertainment room with ping pong, foosball and the big movie projector!! My 10 year old son didn’t want to leave! We had many fun-filled tournaments!! Also, Corrine answered all of our questions promptly and was a wonderful host! We absolutely loved our visit and would stay here again! Thank you, Corrine!

Another excellent stay!

This was our second time staying at this lovely property, and it lived up to all our previous expectations. The location is peaceful, and the garden is a lovely spot to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or watch for birds. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, small appliances, dish and glassware, and even cute serving bowls and trays. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, and there are board games for those looking for a break from technology. The home is sparkling clean, and Corinne is a responsive and thoughtful host. All around this is an ideal place for those looking for a serene getaway.

River Oasis

We loved our stay on the Russian River. The house was immaculately clean and fit our family of 6 perfectly, with room to spare. The upstairs room with ping pong and a theater was a huge bonus for our teenage sons. So much fun!
